Had view of of pool on 2nd floor. Railing outside window covered in bird excrement as well as window half way up. Drinks very weak and served wine in plastic tumbler at site down restaurant. No one else there except our table of 9. Said she ran out of glass glasses. Food mediocre. Staff was nice just thought place not unkept very well.

Michael Reid here. Somehow my reservation through Expedia wound up 2/13/2026 instead of 2/14/2026. Within minutes of receiving the confirmation email from Expedia and discovering the error I contacted Hilton then Expedia. Each blamed the other and would not give credit for my payment even if I would agree to pay the higher price for the 2/14/2026 reservation. I am really surprised! I will not be using Hilton anymore and advising others to avoid you!

Very bad service will never come back to this hotel,when I first time went to service desk I advised the lady that I had a reservation since a week ago and then without asking me anything she told me that she doesn't have a room for me since they are all booked out and I showed her the confirmation number and then she said that ohh sorry no one advised me about this reservation,and then we went to the room and the toilet was full of poop and very stinky the bath and rooms and I advised her and she said " oh that's impossible because no one has been there since you had the reservation".rooms dirty,bath dirty,never coming back

Rooms are very run down, they are clean, but need updating. The walls are very thin you can hear everything from floors above and rooms next door. The pool is great! Heated and the spa is very nice. Breakfast is pricy and not included in the room booking.
