We were shocked when checking out that there was an $18 parking fee. Nothing was mentioned at check-in about any fees for parking. They asked for our vehicle information and a credit card for incidentals. Didn’t feel we should have to pay for parking when paying for the room.

Shower curtain was super short causing water to run down the floor. 7. Carpet was dirty. 8. Tools and materials exposed for clients view on 2nd floor. Ladder and cement bags. 9. I’ve visited this property 4 times. This time I was Not happy with this property. Will not return.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the location is super convenient. The hotel seems to have taken some abuse, but it is clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here!

It was Charlie Kirk's Memorial and it was hard to get to the hotel afterwards and so they upgraded us to a beautiful Suite when we finally arrived and their service was beyond spectacular and I highly recommend anyone going and staying there and it's worth every penny
