Check in was slow. We tried to check in early but the room wasnt ready. Was told 30 min. We left for over an hour only to come back and the room still wasnt ready. I didnt ask for a specific room - there wasnt a single room ready? I highly doubt that. Aside from that - the room was clean. THE PILLOWS ARE HORRIBLE! Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. No dairy free yogurt and no hard boiled eggs. So I was stuck eating a bagel with jelly. Not exactly healthy. After that we walked to a restaurant so that I could find something to eat. Next year, I will stay at one of the neighboring hotels - due to the horrible pillows and lack of a decent breakfast.
