Poor communication with property management

The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to get in touch with someone. Late check in and early check out they do not work with you, understandable if they have a guest the day before or after but it would of been nice to get a response the day of to know if any there were any changes or not. Also they were 45 minutes late for our arrival time. Once in the home the host let us enjoy our time and didn’t contact us which I did appreciate. If I were doing this again I would definitely not choose this home. I would choose a home that has direct contact with the home owner. Which is unfortunate because this home has potential to be a great place to stay!
