The house was beautiful and everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures. I rented this house for my 49th bday weekend. The only reason I rated it a 3 is because I had a family emergency that happened about a week before the stay and I contacted the host to see if I could get a refund because I had to travel out of state to be with my grandma during her medical situation. The host would not approve the refund so I had to drive 9 hours back for the weekend and then turn around and drive 9 hours to California again 2 days later, on my actual birthday. We had a great time, but there was definitely no compassion or understanding for my situation. So instead of lose the money I paid for the place, I had to drive 18 total hours on my birthday weekend.

Perfect Place!

Perfect location and space for our party of eight. We were in Goodyear for a family wedding in June. The space was exactly as pictured. Pool area was one of our groups favorite spaces. Host was immediately responsive when we had a small issue. Easy check-in & check-out process. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Staycation Heaven

Second time staying here, this is our family's favorite staycation destination! The entertainment amenities makes for lots of fun, both indoors and outdoors. Even though we are local, this vacation spot makes it feel like we got away from it all at a luxurious oasis. Thank you, David, you are a wonderful host!

Nice place to celebrate family

The house was nice and well maintained. Host was very responsive to issues we had and had maintenance sent out quickly. There was plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice retreat.

Golf Outing

We spent 3 days playing golf and celebrating a friends birthday. The property was awesome. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. The property owner was very communicative and accommodating. The property is very spacious and allowed all of us to have some personal space. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

A Happy Fourth...

Our family enjoyed a lovely Fourth of July staycation at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Goodyear! From the beginning, communication with host David was on-point: he was very hospitable and provided all the information we needed :) The backyard space provided beautiful views as well as a sparkling pool. Indoor spaces were comfortable, with many entertainment options as advertised: our family really enjoyed playing pool, foosball, and shuffleboard! Additionally, the basement was the perfect space for cozy movie nights! The location is in a quiet, tucked-away neighborhood, but close to everything. Thank you, David: we hope to come again!

Lovely property

It was a lovely property with thoughtful touches throughout from the owners. David was responsive and kind and was a terrific host. The perfect house for a gathering of adults or families with older children. If I visit the Phoenix area again I would 100% book this property.

Location and Luxury

We loved this property. The location was central to everything we wanted, yet in a quiet residential area. Backyard and pool was a great, sunny place to spend the day. Mostly, we loved how spacious the home was, with many living spaces to spread out.

Great for larger groups

At first, I was a little bit disappointed at the size of the back yard area. I thought it would be a little more spacious, but it ended up being perfect for our group and we pretty much lived outside for 4 days. We were pleased with the bedroom set up and plenty of bathrooms for everyone to have their own. The home was tidy, but you could see traces of the previous guests outside when we arrived, nothing major. I imagine a large house is hard to get totally perfect, and we are probably above average when it comes to cleanliness. The AC worked great, hot tub and pool worked great. None of the pool floaties held air so make sure you grab your own at Safeway if you require it. Kitchen was well stocked. There are cameras inside (main living room only) and outside. I understand the need, but I do think the interior should be covered while guests are there. Overall, I would say this home helped us make some fun memories and we enjoyed staying here. I think this house really is perfect for groups and people with kids. The host was always available to help answer any questions we had and check out was a breeze! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Home

Our stay was amazing the best Vrbo place we’ve ever stayed at! The neighborhood is beautiful the house is incredible and David was an amazing host the entire trip very accommodating was available for anything we needed. Definitely would stay here every time I come to Goodyear.

The house is perfect for a large family with so many amenities for entertaining. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive quickly with amy questions see had. The home is clean and fully stocked with all you will need during your vacation.
