Our stay was disappointing overall. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that affected our experience, including finding 2 dead cockroaches in the rental, and debris coming out when we used the water dispenser from the refrigerator. Because of those cleanliness concerns, we did not feel comfortable using the coffee maker. There was no garbage disposal. Several bathroom light bulbs were burned out, and some of the bath towels had a noticeable smoke smell. We also had trouble accessing the property because the front door keypad did not work. I do appreciate that when we called about the keypad issue, the owner answered promptly and helped us get in. Unfortunately, the other issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. This was one of the more budget-friendly rentals in the area we wanted to be at, but issues with cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing.
