We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Scottsdale home! Backing up to Mummy Mountain, the setting offered incredible privacy and a peaceful backdrop we truly enjoyed.Our teenage kids (and us!) had a blast with the ping pong table, pool table, and the immaculate pool… perfectly complemented by the well-maintained landscaping. The home was spacious with plenty of bathrooms, making it comfortable for everyone.The management team was friendly and quick to respond, which made the experience even better. Located in a gorgeous neighborhood, this property checks all the boxes. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house is very interesting. The pros; lots of space, great backyard area, very nice neighborhood, and fairly stocked kitchen. The cons; very odd layout to this house that feels as though it was piece mealed together over time with many after thoughts, the fire pit was not set up, the barbecue did not work, and the stove did not work, and a strong musty smell as if the house had not been used in many months. The AvantStay team was adequately, responsive, and did get a maintenance person over on our second day to troubleshoot the areas of concern. The house itself is 50 years old and worn and there were a number of things that need updating and/or attention.

Beautiful home, lots of space for a family trip to Arizona. Hosts were attentive and kept in contact via text to let us know they were available if needed, fortunately everything went well and we did not need to reach out to them. The enclosed glass master shower had privacy and we were able to watch quail in their natural habitat. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Highly recommend!

Boys Golf Trip

Went out to Scottsdale with a group of friends to play some golf and have some fun. Stumbled across this property and this was everything we could ask for! Neighborhood was nice and quiet, pretty isolated as well for a big city. Everything was within 15 minutes driving/uber including the courses we played at. The house was in great shape and everyone enjoyed their stay, would definitely book again for our next trip out there!

Paradise Valley Dream

This home has everything you need to comfortably vacation with large groups. We sip n painted, relaxed, read books and prepared meals together. We played games and went on hikes. It was the perfect home with every amenity. We can’t wait to do it again - soon! We even had a family member propose on the balcony at sunset! Great Memories and an amazing AZ home!

Poor Service from AvantStay Host, property does not live up to listing

Electric did not work in one bedroom and a shared bath. We had to wash all dishes in the kitchen. Overall cleanliness of the property was below average. This was once a grand house in a great location. It is now dated, including furnishings. It in no way lives up the description on VRBO. It was not until late evening of the second day that an electrician showed up, interrupting our dinner plans. No one from the host, AnvantStay, showed up to be with the electrician. We were offered a small refund that was barely half of the fees we paid to VRBO and AvantStay, let alone the rate we paid for the house. All the nice words were not backed up with responsible action. Stay away from AvantStay, and be aware of the property descriptions on VRBO.

Great location in beautiful neighborhood. Two spectacular bedrooms, two fine bedrooms, one small. Nice kitchen (missing basic condiments and storage materials (Saran wrap and foil) though. Outside yard/pool beautiful. We had a great time!

Golfing in Az

Visited in mid Jan, 2024. While the weather was a bit chilly, we still enjoyed our golfing excursion in and around Scottsdale. The property, our accommodations were very nice, fully functional. All rooms and bathrooms were clean and orderly during our stay. Disappointed we couldn’t use the pool as nice as it looked, but the daytime highs during our visit were in the 50’s and lows in the 30’s. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds, comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of room as we had four adult men. Proximity to a variety of restaurants, everything else is very good. Highly recommend this location and property and will easily accommodate multiple people.

Older Home Needs Renovation

House was older and didn’t reflect what the photos showed. Thin walls, small rooms, older not spacious bathrooms, found several bugs around the inside of the house. Faint musty smell throughout the house. 4 light fixtures not working, air condition not cold. Amazing location and lot, house needs renovation work and should be clear in the description.

Great house for girls weekend.

6 women came together for long weekend. We needed up spending a lot of time by the pool just catching up. The large living room had plenty of couch lounging space. We ended staying at the house most of the time as it had large spaces and cooking together in the kitchen. This house could definitely hold 9-10
