The downstairs bed and full bath are ADA-accessible. The second bedroom is upstairs with a spacious half bath. Includes laundry room with washer, dryer, work desk, utility sink, and ice machine. Peacefully secluded, minutes away from Salt River tubing, Las Sendas golf club, hiking & mountain biking in Tonto National Forest. Just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. Plenty of parking with a private driveway. Relax to the beauty of the cactus garden, mountain views by day, and city lights by night as you unwind in this desert hideaway.
