This 3-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Anthem Arizona. Enjoy all the Anthem community has to offer, and still be close enough to have all the benefits of Phoenix! Only a 35 min drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Nestled in a serene gated community, this fabulous property offers a marvelous retreat for guests. The courtyard at the front of the home is stunning with travertine pavers and ample seating in front of the gorgeous gas fireplace. The casita entrance is right there as well and it features a full bath, walk in closet and queen sized bed. The extended master suite features a king bed with an exit to your backyard paradise! The second bedroom has 2 full beds with smart TV. There’s also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The backyard features a beautiful **heated salt water pool and spa, with a view fence overlooking a desert wash. There’s a built in bbq, lots of covered patio space, automatic awning and 6000 watt electric heater for those cool winter nights. With additional amenities like smart TVs, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need. Plus, there's an additional space with an office desk and printer. Escape the hustle and bustle and experience the tranquility of our marvelous retreat. No smoking, and no pets. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
