Perfect getaway

We visited chandler for my brothers wedding. This property was incredible, and they hosted myself, my husband, our kids ages 2 and 6, my brother in law and sister in law, and my mother and father in law. During our stay, we used the pool, hot tub, and game room. My son LOVED the separate sleep space that had a canvas saying “a superhero sleeps here”. We had plenty of space to accommodate everyone as well as all of the appliances needed to feed everyone. I would love to stay here again! The one and only thing that I think could have iced the cake here would be a pool heater, though I realize that’s a hard ask :) thank you Robert for a great stay!

Nice property RUDE OWNER

The house was nice and clean. But when we needed to contact the owner about something within the property she was very rude. My family had trouble with the child locks on the door not working properly. So using the contact information left in the welcome book, they contacted the owners. When they arrived they seemed nice and then when checking on the locks is when it took a turn. They accused my family of breaking their locks and were very rude towards my family and kept staring at my girlfriend and little brother. Then my mother was cleaning up and realized there was no broom. so she messaged the owner asking about a broom, but the owner did not reply. Instead the owner messaged me saying that contact should remain on the app with the person who booked. If that's the case then why put your contact information in the book. Then when i contacted them about the trash needing emptied they said someone will be by to take care of the trash, but then the owner went into this long rant in the message about the locks, and putting everything on my family, but when they came to look at the locks she said that her husband had to come and tighten up the bolts before. That told us that they had had problems with the locks before. All that nonsense aside, when booking any property I purchase the insurance just in case, because we have a child with us. So the locks were covered yet she would bring it up every chance she got. So she comes to empty the trash and starts taking pictures of the outside while we are inside, this made us very uncomfortable. So my mother asked her if she always takes photos while she has guests staying at the property. Then she started on the locks again! My mother tried to ask about a broom but the owner kept on about the locks. Then said "I know Peri booked for her family and isn't staying here." I was at the property since check in and stayed the whole booking. So I said "I'm right here" and she kept on about the locks! My mother was still asking about a broom and the owner wouldn't even reply to her, so I asked and She brought back a broom and then offered to contact VRBO to get a refund for the rest of the stay. We were half way through our stay and it felt that she wanted us out. We paid a lot to stay there and I was appalled at the way my family was treated during this stay. I do not recommend staying here. It truly felt like we were treated different because we are Native American.
