You are literally minutes away from downtown and from sky harbor airport international airport. Enjoy the awesome backyard with string lights and hold a bbq with friends and family

note : you may have to share the patio with other airbnb guests staying in Unit A and C

This is Unit B and there are two other units being used for airbnb.
Parking is in the street.
Please contact us if you plan on bringing in more than one car to help coordinate
We are currently remodeling the other unit so there could be some movement including some workers but we will be courteous of the hour of day.

- We apologize but NO PETS are allowed at this property. If there are any unauthorized pets at the home, you agree to pay a $500 fee + any additional cleaning fees. (Double original cleaning fee.) This is primarily due to the fact that many guests have pet allergies and this is multifamily property, and if a guest does bring a pet, it takes additional cleaning and could impact future stays.

At 4pm, the check in time, I had not received check in info. After two phone calls, I got the information email at 5:16pm. The neighborhood is lovely and the casita is as pictured. It is extremely close to Phoenix Children's Hospital which is exactly what we needed. The check in email stated that linens for the sofa bed were in the closet. They were not. When I contacted the host they asked for pictures and stated someone would reach out. We never heard from anyone so I bought sheets. (After a day of procedures and appointments at the children's hospital none of us wanted to sleep 3 in a bed for a second night) I sent an email the evening before check out asking for instructions. After not receiving anything, we straightened and took the trashes out. I sent a video of the Casita to the host and let them know we had checked out.

Nice little place. Convenient location. Communication was a bit late and it would be easy enough to have the wifi password in a picture frame i side the place i stead of having to ask late night and wait. Fortunately i got the next guest's text so, it worked out! You could also include trash can pick up and can return to ensure parking availability. We took everyone's trash cans in when we got home...Overall though, perfect for what we needed.

Extremely disappointing and frustrating stay

We had many issues with our stay.•Gnats inside•Lack of extra linens for sofa bed, despite promising them•Noticeable grime buildup on AC unit•Noticeable dust buildup on tabletop fan•No communication from host regarding check-in and check-out procedures. Had to contact customer support for any information.•Shower handle temperature labels are reversed. Took a freezing cold shower due to this.Overall, we were incredibly disappointed in our experience. Will not be booking with this host or VRBO again.

This was a great location. It seems perfect for outdoor gatherings, however not allowed. Also, the wifi is a shared network with all the properties and during my stay it was not working. Inconvenient to say the least.

Physical facility was fine; especially nice was the huge heat-pump unit in the bedroom which cleared away morning chill quickly in the mornings (outside got near freezing, nights). Parking was tight: only unit A (of A/B/C/D) had in-yard area, rest of us had to hope for street parking, which parked right up nights. The kitchen lacked any measuring cups, and the many knives were all hopelesslly dull, with no sharpening means. Also, the host stopped responding to text messages after the first night -- so, we didn't know what was recyclable, and what was the required clearance distance from a fire hydrant. Shopping at Food Town one mile east was cheap -- they bag produce seconds generously for cheap sale around 2 pm daily.

The stay was beautiful and comfortable! I gave 3 stars because it was dusty- maybe in the ac unit, maybe? Most importantly the wifi was extremely unreliable. I need it for work meetings and it was so so bad.
