We stayed at this exact same location 2 months ago. Both times, everything was absolutely perfect. The condo is very clean as well as the property. Zero complaints. We would definitely stay here again. Very close the restaurants. Homeowner answers questions promptly. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

This property was newly renovated, very clean and had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. There were four of us staying there and we were all presently suprised of how nice it was. A perfect place to stay while visiting Phoenix.

I usually don’t post reviews about hotel/airbnb stays. But this stay was excellent. Way above my ecxpectations. The place was clean, cozy and it had a great view of the lake. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the phoenix area and I would recommend to my friends and family!

Comfortable stay with beautiful view

Stayed for my husband’s graduation with my in laws and we enjoyed a great time! Beds were comfortable seating was cozy and kitchen well equipped. Patio was relaxing and inviting with the beautiful lake view!

Pheonix vacay

We had a nice stay, and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We did find some issues, the shower head in the guest bathroom loose and would not stay in place as we tried to adjust it. Then we were looking forward to enjoying some pool time, but found out only a few days before our stay that the pool was closed for repair. We did appreciate the beautiful lake view from the balcony! Overall, it was good!

Very Nice Condo - Excellent Communication

Our family really enjoyed this condo. The owner was very responsive, and met us on the first night to make sure that we got in. It has an awesome screened in porch overlooking the pond. A cool place to relax with ceiling fan on in the mornings! Everything you need for you stay was provided to us (towels for bath and pool, pickleball equipment, laundry detergent, and linens). Very nicely appointed and clean!The only minor drawback was the area. A couple of blocks away seemed a little run down, but nothing overly concerning. It definitely seemed like an "emerging" area and very close to a lot of things. Overall I highly recommend this condo!

Awesome Stay

Our family of 4 thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was heated and the pond was beautiful to take a stroll by. Everything was clean and nicely updated. We will be staying again we when come back to visit family.

Phoenix stay

The beds were very comfortable and the condo was both clean and appeared newly updated. The kitchen has everything you would need for preparing quick meals and the coffee pot was a dual coffee pot/k-cup machine, which we hadn't seen before but used every morning. We used the screened-in porch several times which looks out over a secure nice walking path around the pond. My husband used both the pool and the hot tub which he said were also clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view and pristine unit

The three of us, all in our 70's, only stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer. The unit is very recently modernized; all the finishes are lovely. It was fully equipped with more than adequate linens and supplies. The beds were more comfortable than the one I have at home! The view from the screened balcony was priceless: a lake with waterfowl who talked to us while we had coffee. The location is convenient to the freeway making getting around easy, but very quiet. I would highly recommend this rental!

Lovely location in Phoenix

Visiting for baseball spring training and this place’s deck was perfect to have our morning coffee and an evening wine. The birds in the pond were fun to watch and the trail was nice quick trail to get moving a little before starting the day.

Amazing home and property!

We stayed 2 nights and will definitely book a longer stay next time. The kids had a great time fishing at the lake and walking around the path. The condo was clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained- the kids were thrilled that the pool was heated and had a deep end up to 8 ft. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect Fit

We just spent 5 days at Desert Shores Condo's. The property was exactly as described, no surprises or disappointment. We enjoyed the fully furnished condo, walks around the lake and close proximity to restaurants. The property owners were wonderful. They did everything to make our stay seamless.

Great 2 bedroom condo with all amazing appliances and comfy beds to lay our heads.Pheonix is quite spread out and little hard to get around if you don’t have a car, however there a food and restaurant options about a 20 min walk away, but it is an uber ride to other major attractions.

We Alaskans loved this AZ stay!

The property is very comfortable and attractive. The description of the property on VRBO site gives all the good details. It features a lanai that overlooks the tranquil lake where we enjoyed watching the birds. (We’re amateur birders and enjoyed counting over 39 species on property grounds during our Christmas week visit) Sheri was very communicative, flexible and accommodating, and we will absolutely contact this owner again if return to visit our Arizona family.
