Host was super quick and friendly in all interactions. The property is absolutely perfect for get together. Easily able to simply have people over and visit without having to go anywhere. Loved the property and amenities!

This house and experience helped make our graduation weekend special. Very spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Great living space. The pool was the star, especially for our grandkids. The pool house doors fully open to make it an open air space. Great to take advantage of the ping pong table and giant big screen tv. We enjoyed several pickleball games and shooting baskets. The only negative was parking. The street is permit only and there is only one permit available. The other car had to park on the dirt road down the side of the house. A little inconvenience. The house is situated nicely to campus and Mill Ave. Definitely recommend.

Central location, So easy to drive to many fun areas. Our family loved the pickle ball, basketball and pool I. The gorgeous backyard!!

We had a lot of fun at the home; there were a few things that made me rate the property lower than it could have been rated. The property doors were hard to secure especially the back door. We couldn't get it to lock. Luckily the property does have a secured back yard. There are also only two tv's in the property. One in the living room and the larger tv is in the outside space/ping pong room. We were not able to raise the basketball goals height, but we are not that good so that probably helped us. The Pickle Ball court was so much fun and the lighting was great. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was really pleasant. Very close to a hwy but we didn't hear any highway noise.

Oasis near ASU

We booked this property when we moved our daughter into ASU. This property is so close to campus it made meeting up with her very conviennent. We enjoyed retreating to the beautiful home and peaceful backyard. It will also be a great home to bring our grown children to visit with the sports court and games in the pool house.

Amazing Stay

Would definitely return!! The house, back house, and backyard were perfect. It was the perfect place to spend a few days with our friends. Great location. Fun outdoor/indoor games to use. The pool was clean and the floaties came in handy. We hardly left the house once we got there!

Excellent stay

Overall the house was great. The water pressure, drainage and lights in the bathrooms could use some work. But the house and yard were fantastic otherwise and the property managers were fantastic too - very responsive through the entire stay. We had a wonderful weekend!

Family Vacay

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was beautiful, well landscaped and private. The pool and hot tub heating was an issue at times because of the limited time the hot tub was available (explained in the listing). The casita was perfect for enjoying games while playing in the pool. The host was very responsive. Walking distance to ASU!

Great home…poor management. Our experience with this home highlights how important it is to have good management overseeing the home. Unfortunately, this home did not. Upon our arrival around 5 pm, we immediately noticed the code we had been provided to get the keys and get into the house was wrong. Why this home doesn’t have keyless entry is a reasonable question, but our first impression after a long day of travel was not great. We called the number provided to us. It sent us to an overseas calling service. We remained on the line with him for 30 minute while also using the app link provided to us. Eventually, using the app, we were provided a code that worked. We got the keys out of the lock box and use them to get inside.Once inside, we were very pleased House. It’s well appointed, and very good condition, and has lots of wonderful features as highlighted in the VRBO page. We were provided a parking permit for outside, which was very good to have. And once we got the hang of how the door was worked along with the locks, things were good.After the third day, however, the gas for the hot tub and pool ran out. This was something we prepaid and we’re very much enjoying for the first couple nights of our stay. We had no use of the hot tub or the pool for the last two days as a result, and I have yet to get my money back.Once again, poor Managment. I’d give this home five stars, but the experience was a three star experience.
