We had a great stay here! The house was great and you can tell a lot of thought was put into every detail. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

From the beginning the booking process to the end was so nice & easy. No problem with adding an extra day and the host was very easy to communicate with. The house was SO clean, and very well put together - the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean! So many essentials given in the kitchen that are a great add in if needed last minute. The host was very nice and easy to talk to, as well as very responsive with helpful information too. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Family Gathering

The property is very well maintained, inside and out, no issues. The communication with the host(s) was great, no delays, quick turnaround communication. We all felt as if we were at home at this property. We will be back, and will recommend to friends and family coming from out of state to visit or just needing a nice place to gather.

Great spacious house!!

We enjoyed this beautifully decorated and well furnished house. The private pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Close by to grocery stores, restaurants, Lake Pleasant, a casino and more..

Fantastic!

Wonderful house with lots of room. Very quiet, only a neighbor on one side. Pool and hot tub were nice! Kitchen has all the amenities. Large bedrooms with seperate baths. Very clean and comfy. We had a great time and will be back!

This is a beautiful home that is very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay, our use of the hot tub, great information/instructions provided by the owner, and prompt and helpful ideas from the owner when we were in need of some suggestions about nearby activities.

Fabulous Place!

We had a great time with our son and his family in this rental. The layout is excellent with two master suites and then two separate bedrooms for the kids. Everything was superb from the kitchen to the seating throughout to the pool table/games to the pool and hot tub. The place was super clean upon our arrival, the beds comfortable, pool table and games high quality, and of course the pool and hot tub first class. The TVs worked but we did not use them other than to check. The pool was sparkling clean and the hot tub as well - both real hits with our kids. Communications with the owners was quick and satisfying. We will come back again.

Baseball Weekend

Stayed here to play in a baseball tournament and take in some spring training baseball. House was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of space and rooms. We spent most of our time in the super comfy family room. Kids loved shooting pool and playing at the park and basketball court. The pool and spa were great. Connor was easy to communicate with and very responsive.Gated community was super clean and quiet.

2 King beds!

This property fit all our needs. The 2 King suites sealed the deal. Not many properties offer this. The property was very clean and very comfortable. Our host Connor was very accommodating. We wish the weather was more cooperative so we could use the pool and hot tub, maybe next time. Definitely on the list for a return visit.

Arizona stay vacation

I wasnt aware we had to call to have the hot tub turned on (until we were there). It wasnt long for it to heat up. I just thought flicking a switch for a late night soak with out having to call someone to turn it on would of been nice. The Christmas tree and decorations were nice nice

5 Stars for Mile End!

Our 4 day stay at Mile End was very pleasant and refreshing. My two work partners and I just wished we would have had more time to enjoy all that the property has to offer--beautiful pool and hot tub, pool table, great TV room with nice, comfortable furniture and a huge TV. The house was super clean and the beds comfortable. McCall was the perfect host! Nothing but praise for Mile End!

Everything was great. The only issue was the spa not heating for one night. All else was excellent.

This property and the communication and attention given to us was superb. Everything was laid out with signs, manuals, etc. Our only suggestions would be music with outdoor speakers, more lighting outdoors in pool area, and my wife swept the patio and walkways around the pool every morning with a broom. A handheld leaf blower would be added ease or at least an outdoor broom. It was small leaves and she didn't want them getting into the pool and making the equipment work harder. This wasn't a requirement by the owners, my wife took it on because she is just a crazy clean lady:)!

Spacious Bedrooms & Large Pool

Two spacious master suites was a must for our visit and did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable. Family room with large screen television and sectional leather seating was very nice for evening relaxation. Large pool was wonderful! Kitchen had a nice variety of appliances and your basic necessities. Property manager was very responsive and answered questions timely and provided clear instruction. Would stay again!

Quiet and private

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, in garage parking was nice since it was very hot. Bathrooms had toiletries. Having 2 master bathrooms worked out very well. The location on the end of the street with no neighbors on one side or the back adds to the privacy. Deep pool was great too. I'll have to come back during spring training to see the Dodgers. Close to the football stadium too.

Perfection

The house completely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, bed very comfortable and the shower ideal in the back master bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is at the end of a street. If I have to point one thing out, the pool cleaner should run longer to remove more of the leaves in the pool. I will definitely try and stay at this house every time I am in Phoenix. May even book trips around getting this house!! The hosts are incredibly quick to respond and very helpful!
