when we check in on the day, the front desk cant speak or read English, she refused to let us stay. Although my local translator explain to her it's a fully paid upfront room. She still refused. Took us one hour to force her to call someone. Wasted our time.

Friendly staff but restricted in what they could help with likes of large charge for room card if lost and laundry lost for 2-3 days. Laundry even had to be taken main desk. Food OK but difficult to get food and bar service if sitting by the pool. Pool small but OK. Room was comfortable and recommend the junior suit. However Bath taps don’t work. Good English TV selection.

Better options available.

Mediocre business class hotel with clean, comfortable beds, but the power in my room sometimes goes off randomly. The overall design is poor and uninviting. Very small windows and quite noisy even though we were on one of the higher floors. The young staff members were very nice but the older ones were surly and when I asked one of them for an extra pillow, he told me they were out. I called back half an hour later, talked to someone else and got a pillow. The breakfast buffet was quite mediocre compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area.

Great pool, not much to do in the area but great pool! We also had a free upgrade room with a balcony which was a bonus. food in the restaurant was a let down but might not be our taste.

Ok hotel but compared to other hotels for similar price they need to raise their standards. Staff were great but hotel looks a bit dated in some places but good for couple of nights and provide the basics what you need.

Hotel room had a window that was 1m away from the next building so no view, when asked the staff for a room with a view, reply was “extra charge”. Air-conditioning also did not work well and was very hot in the room, when told to the staff, reply was “wait for 10 minutes it will be cold”, waited for two days, it was not. Can get better hotels in the area and recommend to do so. Will not stay here again.

By U.S. Standards, this would be a 2.5 to 3 star hotel. Obviously Cambodian standards are different. What it offers for the price is not impressive but not bad either. Relatively good breakfast included, If you drive a car, parking here is a hassle. The Wifi is good and fast. For 16 hotel floors there is only one very slow elevator and you have to wait for minutes to get your turn. The rooms are nice and clean but mostly without a window woyj direct daylight. The staff are very strict with hottel policies although I am grateful that they gave us a free upgrade. Their booking, howver, is very vague as to details of the room. Obviously if you want direct sinlight, you have a to pick a very specific type of room at higher price, which is not clearly disclosed. The swimming pool is clean but rather small. No fitness center however. Overall this a good hotel but not impressive by any means. For that money, you can find nicer hotels in PP.

the aircon was not working well and it became rather warm. we had to open the two windows. as a result, we got bitten by mosquito. the service was good and the breakfast was decent. however, WiFi was erratic and the connection speed was slow.

Disappointing hotel

Nice rooftop pool, a little far away from main attractions and restaurants, slow lift which was broken multiple times a day which is definitely a problem in a hotel with 17 floors. Breakfast pretty poor: fresh eggs available made it better however one day we weren’t allowed these. Safe broke on one day and we were told we would likely have to wait a day as it was Sunday and no one around to fix it, we complained as needed money etc for that day and eventually a nice young employee helped us out but reception staff not very helpful. Bed very hard and uncomfy and staff very noisy early in mornings. Ok for money you pay but probably would not stay again.
