I booked for 2x rooms, paid and everything was set. Upon arrival they said they only had one room available! They took a further $40 to have my friend stay in the same room as me. When speaking to hotels.com they have denied my request for a refund on the room that they didn’t even provide! The motel was very basic and needs some major updating. The room was full of tiny insects which made it feel unclean. The shower/bathroom overlooks somebodys back yard and they could very easily come and look at your while you are in the shower. It's cheap for a reason. I certainly won't ever visit here again!!

Superb location steps from the beach. Neighbors around are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are kept clean daily. Would definitely come back. Room 19 TV had some lines in it. Not a big deal but AVOID ROOM 25! NO INTERNET OR TV staff tried but was unable to find solution

Did not expect the Taj Mahal; it is like a motel anywhere. The section of town is a bit run down and seedy; did not feel safe walking around but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good for a budget price; don't set expectaions high.

What can I say…first off my booking was cancelled. The concierge needs some training on how to deal with guest. I secured ocean view but because I was cancelled I was given 2 backyard views. No towels in the rooms and I had to walk to front desk to ask for them the towels was given to me not folded and like I was begging for them. When I asked the front desk clerk what time the office closed I was asked WHY huh?? Then was told the hotel is full and when it is full they do not stay open late huh?? ….fridge was plugged out, AC unit had to be plugged in because there was no remote control, the room was a little moldy but clean If you don’ want to spend a lot and only want somewhere to sleep because you will be out of the room most of the time then this is the place for you O and the Wi-Fi never worked
