WORST EXPERIENCE - UNSAFE home & neighborhood

We had a terrible experience with both this stay and with VRBO as a whole. Photos are not an accurate depiction of the home and misrepresentation.We arrived to find an extremely unsafe area. People were smoking crack in the middle of the road, everything was covered with bars and locks and the home condition itself was terrible. Once there we learned the crime rate was 117% for the neighbors with over 30 home robberies and rapes that month alone! The floor had cracks in the laminate which were covering up straight holes in the flooring, if you jumped you would have fallen through where the floor was sinking in. There was dirt and dust all through out the house and collected on the stairs. The stair railing was rotting away, another safety hazard. Numerous outlets were uncovered and dangerous- A major electrocution hazard!!! The bathroom had broken furniture, broken cabinets in the kitchen and stains on walls. We left immediately and tried to contact the home owner but due to the unsafe area we contacted VRBO for assistance. We got 0 help to find alternative places to stay & get it in their own. We were on hold for hours trying to resolve the situation and the home owner refused to fully refund our stay. Since that stay (almost 2 weeks ago) I have spent over 12 hours trying to get a complete refund (per VRBO book with confidence policy) and even sent photos and receipts - I have received 0 compensation so far WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
The cracked floor actually dips down in this spot as it was covering a larger hole in the subflooring
If you jumped right here you would literally fall through the floor as it had holes inderneath
Dust and dirt all up the stairs - it was everywhere through the house including stains and dirty hand print through out the home.
The chair rail is literally rotting away through the floor.
