A pesar que es un concepto como airbnb y no esperaba encontrar esto en hotels.com. Estuvo muy bien. Un poco de ruido por las noches dada la localización, pero en general muy buena experiencia

La habitación es muy amplia y bien equipada. Faltan algunas amenidades (p.e. Botellas de agua) Podría haber una forma de contacto con alguien del staff en caso necesario. La entrada al hotel es incómoda y se siente insegura

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a la mayor parte. el unico problema fue el desayuno que incluye, que no lo daban completo a como lo pediamos.

Al hacer check in en el hotel y entrar a mi habitación me encontré con la no grata sorpresa que el AC no funcionaba y no había mas habitaciones disponibles a donde me pudieran cambiar a esa hora. Me prestaron un ventilador pero fue una noche muy incomoda. Sin embargo quiero resaltar que el hotel tuvo un muy buen gesto al no cobrarme (mas bien acreditarme por que ya estaba pagada mi estancia) esa noche de estancia. El hotel en si es muy bonito, solo fue ese detalle el cual mi primer noche no fue nada placentera.

El cuarto de hotel es perfecto, grande, amplio, cama king size, bonito. El hotel en sí se ve un poco viejo y sucio en los pasillos, tiene una excelente ubicacion , walking distance de todo. El personal es el que es bastante descortés, podrían parecer hasta groseros, no te hacen sentir bienvenidos para nada! Pero quitando eso. No esta mal!!

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: The Good: Location, location, location. Perfect place to be within walking distance to most of Center City. The Bad: Unlike most Sonders, which is usually a go-to brand for me, the room was only a small hotel room. No kitchenette other than a truly bad coffee maker (every cup contained grounds in it) and a mini fridge. The only microwave on the premises was in the "lounge" and everyone on the premises had to share it. If you stay, make sure it's only a short stay (weekend, long weekend, etc.) because there is no laundry facility on the premises. I was there for a 15 day visit to see family and friends, and was told there was a laundromat nearby (extra time and esxpense on the customer), but when I went to it, the door was chained and padlocked and the windows boarded up. The Ugly: NO CLEANING SERVICE (Unless you pay [a lot extra] for it). Not a deal-breaker for a short stay, but unacceptable for a half-month's stay like mine. To live in a room whose bathroom and toilet wasn't ever cleaned and whose room was never swept or vacuumed was both disgusting and unsanitary. Fresh sheets and towels were always available in the "lounge," so I always could change them myself. I do like the Sonder brand, but this one is the one bad apple in its basket from my experience with their properties.

The place itself is nice and clean but my room was delayed which was really frustrating considering the price and how tired I was after flying in. Additionally, my key code didn’t work when I got there and it took a while for a support staff to get it to work. I had to wait outside while they activated the code and it was super hot. The hotel app says that your entry code should work hours before check-in but this was not the case. Overall a frustrating experience for me.

Hotel was in a good location. We walked close to 20,000 steps a day . Homeless people on the sidewalk some trash . It's typical of a big city . We had a great time always felt safe

Sonder changed my hotel location after I arrived at to the hotel and had paid for parking. They only sent an email that went to junk and did not call to notify me. Apparently it was a maintenance emergency, but I should have been notified earlier and by phone. Long wait time on hold for customer service. Once we finally were able to talk to someone and get to the new hotel the room was nice, but I was already irritated by the whole situation. Unprofessional.

It is a good property in the center of the Gayborhood with great options for dining, breakfast / coffee and business. I did not like the homeless people especially when some of them were demanding stuff. There is a lot of police around though. Otherwise good experience with hard wood floor and great bedding and mattress. There is not a lot of space in the room but there is common area for sitting and possibly meetings

Summary: AVOID unless you like being ripped off. Fully paid on expedia months beforehand, this crooked dodgy company has illegally overcharged ON additional 3 separate occasions!! Nightmare to get refund verging on 4 weeks of back and forth. Full details: booking fully paid months beforehand. Youre then pestered to “register” with sonder and provide another payment card. After this registration my payment card was mysteriously charged the same amount as accommodation costs. I query and complain only to be dismissed “we dont see any issues with your booking” - finally after 3 weeks when i start asking my credit company to reverse the charges suddenly they “care” and investigate. What a shock - ive been double charged. They finally refund this. Two days later Ive been charged AGAIN. And then another day after ANOTHER charge thats currently pending. As i write this review im still trying to get my money back for these further duplicative illegal scam charges. This crooked criminal company counts and relies on people not noticing all these charges amongst all their other costs and seeks to double and tripled charge and scam and rip ypu off and hope you dont notice. And then when you notice the scam first they tell you theres no issue and drag their feet. AVOID THIS CROOKED CORRUPT SCAM HOTEL AT ALL COSTS This company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I reserved voluntarily in Expedia, then the hotel required several pictures of self and ID so facial recognition software could verify. I did not trust that process and tried to cancel, but the hotel offers no refunds. When a company refuses refunds BEFORE you use their service, that is a sign of no confidence in their own offerings. An email said that the hotel is all electronic and I would receive keypad access codes three days before the reservation. A later email changed that to one day. I received nothing and customer service was a chatbot. I requested a human who said stop worrying and the codes would be sent sometime before the beginning of the reservation. That person was powerless and only vowed to forward my concerns to management. At the front door, a guy before me was having trouble entering his code on the keypad, due to inconsistent instructions on whether to use the pound key. We figured it out together. In my room, all three venetian blinds and the closet door were broken. Upon leaving my room, the electronic door did not lock behind me. The chatbot said to push a button on the keypad that did not exist. The Sonder app said the door would lock automatically. That did not happen within two minutes, but I had to go and hoped for the best. I returned 4 hours later and found that the door to my room was still unlocked. Nobody stole my stuff, which is the only good thing I can say about this travesty of an operation.

Rooms are fine, but recently big software issues

Have stayed here many times and the place is good, but recently they’ve done a tie-up with Marriott that has totally screwed up their app and website. Impossible to find your booking, and since this is a place where there is no front desk and everything is done online, getting my code to enter the building and apartment was a pain. Will stop staying here for a few months till software issues are fixed.
