It's across from a cemetary, everything is broken including the entrance to the door.we booked the room so we could get ready for a wedding when we woke up we had no hot water to shower up before attending a wedding so we were late because only one shower worked for 6 people. Landscape was horrible, sidewalk entrance was filthy. But the cleaning lady Nicole was a sweet heart. Never heard from my host, didn't even hear from them until they threatened to call the authorities for a late checkout.

Been bouncing around Philadelphia to VRBOs. Biggest issue everywhere was parking. No issue at this place. It did not have a washer and dryer but did have 3 beds but advertised as two. Clean and quiet. Would stay again.

August Philly Stay

1. Not enough bath towels 2. No towel rack in 2nd master room 3. Tiny little flies and spiders in the unit, unsure where they came from. Looks like we battled with them our entire stay. 4. Internet tech service call scheduled during our stay interrupted our day.
