We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was clean and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were fast. The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. We were especially impressed by Chevy at the reception desk. Tired from our trip to Philadelphia, we left one of our suitcases (with a computer) in the lobby when we went to our room. When my husband returned to the lobby, Chevy had already stored it in the office for safe-keeping. We were very relieved!

The shuttle took more than 45 minutes to pick us up at the airport and it was very difficult to get the hotel telephone number in google it only give you reservation so it was terrible

This property was not clean a lot of the lobby and hallway decor fixtures and furniture were either damaged or dirty. The room was the same and the bathroom was gross so gross that I couldn’t even bring myself to walk barefoot and I skipped taking a shower in the morning preferred to just wait till I got home. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice that was about the only good part of our stay.

Good for a quick rest not a long stay.

It wasn’t the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in but it definantly wasn’t the cleanest. The room i originally paid for wasn’t cleaned so we got put in another room that the fridge didn’t work and we lost most of our food we needed for our son for his special diet for medical needs. There was minor damage on furniture, a weird grit on the bed sheets. Good note no bed bugs I checked but I was glad this was only used for a quick stay not a long trip otherwise i would have been really mad. The room itself had a funky odor as well. The staff was really friendly and nice and the lobby was spotless we were really surprised by the room.

My flight was cancelled and I booked this hotel due to price, ratings and their shuttle to and from airport. Room was clean but some things needed some touch ups like paint, and caulking in bathroom, however overall seemed clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Quick check in/out.
