The staff was fantastic! My rating falls low due to the condition of the room. The room at first glance looked unfinished due to places on the wall that looked touched up but not completed. Also, the air did not work. We like our room cold, and the temperature would not budge from 70 degrees. We had to open the window to cool day, which also concerned me as we were on the ninth floor with the ability to open the window the full way and there wasn’t a safety screen in place. Additionally, we had to prop the door closed with a piece of card board due to it not latching correctly. We constantly heard it jiggling. For the price I paid for the night, I was highly disappointed in the condition of the room.

The staff at the property were courteous and helpful, which we appreciated. The room itself was average and could use some attention. In the bathroom, the shower was missing towel hooks, with visible anchors and holes left in the wall, and the ceiling showed signs of wear and needed repair. The restaurant and breakfast service are connected to the lobby bar and felt limited and no-frills. Valet parking was also a challenge. Overall, the stay was fine, but there are a few clear areas where improvements would make a noticeable difference.

Check in was smooth, front desk staff were friendly. Our room didn’t get cleaned while we were there. Also, the towels and washcloths were stained. More than likely previous guest with makeup or something else that doesn’t come out. Would be good to properly check everything and replace with brand new items.

Staff was excellent. Very attentive and approachable . Happy hour was great. Cindy makes the Brest margaritas and the drink and food selection was great. However the rooms while nice ,the furniture was worn, the heat was not controllable! and my phone did motel. I visit the hotel was a month. I had to change my room four times!! Unbelievable!! Hotel was short staff with limited basic services available. A friend had a medical emergency and had to be transported to the hospital. I called front desk multiple times to alert staff. No one even answered the phone. Unacceptable! Kudos to Albert (bell hop) for helping me move with a smile every time. I normally enjoy this hotel. Not so much anymore.☹️
