The property is a good size and the rooms looked like the photos but we had some issues. Management/owners were quick to address our issues, there were some delays due to the holiday. Location was convenient in relation to where our local family lived. Parking, while some blocks didn't have parking restrictions, spots are sparse at night. Units aren't connected, you have to go outside to get from one to the other. Unit A had a sump pump issue which made the 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths in the lower level unusable for a few days, it did get fixed. We had 10 people staying so some ended up in hotels. Because of that issue that unit was just used to sleep in the 1 bedroom available. Unit B was were we spent most of our time/holiday. It was a good size for our family. Overall the unit is a little worn down. One table that is supposed to extend no longer extends, some of the chairs are bent, the sensor for the fridge constantly thinks it's open but it's closed, the garbage disposal wasn't working, the handyman came and fixed it but after 1 use the button was unusable again. The pullout couch was broken, which we were told would be replaced. Wifi isn't the strongest if you have multiple people on at once. Our family rents a house every Thanksgiving so we can all stay together, didnt go exactly as planned but we made it work.
