We are extremely disappointed with both the condition of this property and how the situation was handled by the host and management company.Upon arrival, we immediately noticed significant cleanliness and sanitation issues. After contacting support, we were initially informed that a cleaning crew would come the following morning. During that time, we continued inspecting the property and concluded that the unit was simply not in a sanitary condition suitable for our family, including our 1- and 5-year-old children.After waiting several hours for further communication, we were then advised that a cleaning crew could come that evening instead. However, this would have disrupted our young children’s sleep schedule and did not address our concern that the property’s condition was unacceptable upon arrival.As a result, we made the decision to leave that night and secure alternative accommodations. Fortunately, we found another nearby rental that was clean, comfortable, and professionally maintained.When we later requested an update regarding a refund, we were told approval from the host was required. Three days passed without any meaningful response. After informing the management company that we intended to dispute the charge and leave an honest review, the tone of communication changed dramatically. Rather than addressing our concerns, we were told that other hosts would be made aware of our “behavior” and were given what felt like warnings about the dispute process thro
