THE BEACH is ideal for those who love water sports, relaxation and want large spaces. Very central: all services are within 50/400 meters. Beach 300 meters away (3 minutes on foot / the entire lakeside is a pedestrian area). Perfect for groups and families. THE BEACH is FAMILY & PETS FRIENDLY. Fenced garden equipped with charcoal BBQ. 2 reserved parking spaces on the property.
