Good breakfast, very friendly staff. Leisure area was nice but hot tube and pool looks like needed be cleaned and had lots of bleach and chemicals. Bedrooms needs a makeover, very old building. Missed cupboards and hangers to organize clothes.

Hotel Grão Pará

This is a terrific hotel. Old fashioned, simply furnished and very comfortable. The rooms were lovely, good showers and very effective wifi. It has the most beautiful wooden floors. All in all for me it was a real pleasure.

Bem difícil! O hotel é bem antigo, quarto bem velho, sem tomadas acessíveis, televisão do ano de 1900, piso de madeira com tanto barulho que atrapalha dormir e limpeza também não é a das melhores, mas o pior de tudo, que afeta sua saúde e disposição para passear, foram as camas. Ficamos num quarto triplo e os colchões totalmente deformados, extremamente desconfortáveis, horríveis, impressionante oferecerem colchões que passaram da hora de irem para o lixo. Se a administração recebe críticas em relação ao barulho, porque sabe disso, sabe que o prédio é histórico e por isso algumas coisas não mudarão, deveria, pelo menos, investir em colchões e camas para que o hóspede tenha algum conforto para dormir dignamente. Ficamos no quarto 218, e além do barulho vindo do corredor, como o de malas, carrinho de limpeza e todos os passos possíveis, o barulho de funcionários que conversavam alto todos os dias, alguns com piadinhas desconfortáveis (porque ouvimos tudo, como se estivessem no quarto), havia obras bem debaixo das janelas, estas que, aliás, balançavam a noite toda. Outro ponto negativo é a acessibilidade à área de café, pessoas idosas e com limitações terão dificuldade, que foi o caso da minha mãe, de 87 anos. Penso que deveria ser oferecido mais como hostel do que hotel. Já os pontos positivos são os funcionários, solícitos e educados, e o café da manhã, muito bom. Se você alugar um carro pagará estacionamento. Não vale a pena
