The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options.

Great night in Teresopolis

This was a great hotel in very quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and friendly and speak both English and Portuguese. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Teresopolis.

Nice and modern hotel for a good stay

It is located in Down Town of Teresopolis. While this city is not really attractive for a tourist, I would easily recommend this nice Hotel for those who have to go there. The hotel is a rather new, 4 or 5 storey building. Up to date facilities, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast included, from 6:00 to 10:00 AM, which offers plenty of choices, from the eggs and bacon style, 2 or 3 different types of bread, coffee, milk, yogurt, cakes and fruits. Not biggest selection I have seen, but good enough. The Hotel looks clean and well maintained, so are rooms. WiFi is free, and you will also find a couple of computers for Internet access in the lobby. I read about a gym in the booklet, but did not go to take a look at it. In summary, a good option for those who need to stay in this city.
