Comfort of the bed was very poor , bathroom Uncomfortably small. The room has a strange arrangement, when you walk in you walk straight into the bed with lots of unused spaces otherwise in the same room.

A estadia foi excelente. Água bem quente, quarto limpo, hotel bem situado e charmosinho. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Check-in e check-out feitos com rapidez e presteza. O café da manhã está completo: um espetáculo. Destaque para a rabanada de forno, que precisei até pedir a receita. Maravilhosa. O barulhinho do rio vizinho é reconfortante. O restaurante dentro do castelo é putoresco também. Dicas: Pedir quartos mais para o fundo. O meu era na saída do prédio e, como tenho o sono leve, já coneçava a ouvir vozes das oessoas passando às 6 da manhã. Achei a cama um pouco macia demais para o meu gosto. Mas isso é pessoal.

O hotel atendeu nossas expectativas, foi até melhor que o esperado. Porém, ficamos decepcionados pois informamos que era a comemoração de um aniversário exatamente na data da estadia, e mesmo assim não tivemos nada de especial, nem um único bilhetinho com um “parabéns”, NADA. Isso faz toda diferença, ainda mais pra uma família comemorando um dia especial.
