Finca Es Cabanellins is quietly situated in a Mediterranean landscape on a 2-hectare plot with exclusive use of the house, plot and pool. From here you can enjoy a marvellous view as far as the sea and the bay of Alcudia. The location between the holiday resorts of Son Serra de Marina and Colonia Sant Pere as well as the proximity to Artá and Manacor makes this finca ideal for a relaxing beach holiday and exploring the island.
The lovingly designed pool area with lawn and natural vegetation offers a wooden pavilion around a brick-built outdoor barbecue, which provides pleasant shade. An additional bathroom with shower is available directly by the pool area. Further terraces with seating surround the house, and the veranda can be closed off for small children.
In the spacious entrance area there is a large dining area next to the kitchen. The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds (which is a former children's room with two youth bunk beds). A modern bathroom is centrally located.
The living area has satellite TV and internet access, and there are ceiling fans in the main bedrooms.
Finca Es Cabanellins offers an ideal combination of comfort, tranquillity and an attractive outdoor area for a relaxing holiday on Mallorca.

Optional extras: In the winter months, electric fan heaters can be booked for €10 per day on arrival. The price of the tourist tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately and is subject to the current legal rates.

A fabulous rural retreat

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Die nächsten größeren Orte sind in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im Hochsommer fehlt hier leider eine Klimaanlage. Es kann sehr heiß werden und es kühlt nachts nicht ab.

Kleine rustikale Finca im Hinterland

Wir wurden mit Gebäck und Wein vom Gastgeber herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und der Agentur war stets transparent, freundlich und zeitnah. Sie kümmerten sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Das Anwesen ist in einem gepflegten Zustand, Schildkröten besuchten uns, wie auf dem Land üblich, gab es auch Insekten und nachts viele Tiergeräusche, sowie Geckos im Haus. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig. Der Schlafraum mit dem Etagenbett war kleiner als erwartet, die Matratzen sehr hart und kürzer als das Bettgestell. Meinem Kind mit 1,75m hingen die Füße über das Matratzenende. Der kleine Ventilator reichte bei den hohen Temperaturen leider nicht aus. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht ausreichend und verlässlich, verlor immer wieder Wasser. Leider erfuhren wir erst vor Ort, dass wir uns um die Müllentsorgung selber kümmern mussten. Der nächste Wertstoffhof ist 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Beschreibung „Alleinlage“ ist etwas irreführend, auf den Bildern und im Text nicht erkennbar, dass direkt an die Finca ein weiteres Anwesen mit einer größeren Finca grenzt, in der leider während des gesamten Urlaubs große Gruppen junger Männer als Nachbarn wohnten, die in bester „Ballermann-Manier“ Tag und Nacht lautstark mit Musik gefeiert haben und somit von Entspannung und Ruhe nicht viel übrig blieb. Der Gastgeber als auch Herr Eschrich kümmerten sich umgehend um das Problem, jedoch blieb eine störende Grundlautstärke die nicht zu überhören war.

Familienidylle

Unseren Aufenthalt von über 3 Wochen haben wir sehr genossen, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit war für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern genau das Richtige. Nur die Nachbarn hat man ab und zu gehört aber es war absolut nicht störend. Nachts hat man nur das Zirpen der Grillen gehört oder den Wind. Man ist wirklich in the middle auf nowhere - das muss man wissen und mögen. In unserem Fall genau das Richtige. Jeden Morgen haben und zwei Schildkröten besucht, die vom nassen Gras genascht haben und wir diese während des Frühstücks beobachten konnten. Man benötigt daher auf jeden Fall ein Auto...erstmal um anzukommen und um die Angebote (Strände, Parks, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) nutzen zu können. Das nahegelegene Städtchen Arta ist auch sehr empfehlenswert - zum Bummeln, Eis essen, Shopping und Kulturelles (180 Stufen bis zur Burg). Wir hatten ausreichend Platz in der Finca und dass diese ebenerdig ist, kam uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr entgegen (keine Treppen zum Herunterfallen). Auch die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind sehr wirksam, wir hatten kaum eine Mücken in den Räumen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber gemütlich eingerichtet, der Pool klein aber fein und wird vom Eigentümer regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur und auch mit dem Eigentümer war stets einwandfrei, sehr sympathisch und auf individuelle Anfragen gab es immer eine schnelle Antwort und Lösung. Einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern können wir absolut weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist optimal, um komplett abzuschalten. Absolute Ruhe mit einzelnen Fincas als Nachbarn. Man ist aber auch in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto an den umliegenden Stränden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke an Coronado für die schöne Zeit!

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca war super. Wir waren Anfang Juni dort zu Gast. Der Gastgeber Conrado war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Die Finca ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt nichts! Die Aussicht von der Terasse in die Bucht von Alcudia ist fantastisch.

Gemütliche Finca mit wunderbarem Blick über die Bucht von Alcudia. Conrado empfing uns herzlich mit einem Willkommenspaket und war sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns sowohl im Haus als auch auf dem Grundstück sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war gut in Schuss, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders praktisch sind die Fliegengitter an fast allen Fenstern. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, ein Haus inmitten von Obst- und Mandelbaumfeldern. Man hört nur Vogelgezwitscher. Die Beschreibung für die Anfahrt war gut, wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen, alles war supersauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine, einen gemauerten Aussengrill, einen kleinen Pool, Liegestühle, Mückenschutz an den Fenstern, wir haben nichts vermisst. In der Umgebung kann man mehrere Strände anfahren, wandern oder Ortschaften wie Arta besuchen, für jede Situation ist etwas geboten. Wer abseits vom Massentourismus Mallorca genießen will ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir waren 11 Tage hier und kommen gerne wieder! Danke!

Sehr ruhiger Urlaub

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft gut. Unter den jetzigen Umständen ( Pandemie ) ist die Finca genau der richtige Ort um zu Urlauben. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Das Haus war sehr hübsch, allerdings müssten die Teller und Pfannen / Töpfe mal ersetzt werden. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck das sich hier gekümmert wird. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet ( in Englisch ). Der Pool wurde einmal pro Woche gereinigt, selber machen war aber auch möglich und stellt kein Problem da. Der Naturstrand Son Serra ist in ca. 20 - 30 Minuten mit dem PKW erreichbar.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour sur l'île de Majorque ! La maison est très bien située avec une vue très agréable sur la mer. L'accueil fût très chaleureux par le propriétaire et en prime un cadeau de bienvenue (vin, gâteau, pastèque...) La maison bénéficie de tout le confort, rien ne manquait. Nous avons apprécié le calme de la finca, les superbes plages, les animaux "surprises", la piscine pour se rafraîchir.

Sehr schöne Finka. Alles sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr netter Eigentümer, schöne ruhige Lage! Der Urlaub war super und die Finks ist nur zu empfehlen. Super Ausblick, da man etwas höher ist. Schöne Badezimmer. Ein Bad ist draußen - ideal! Gerne wieder.

Einfach wundervoll

Wir waren Mitte August 2019 für zwei Wochen mit unseren beiden Jungs in dieser tollen Finca. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, in der Küche stand ein liebevoll bestückter Willkommenskorb mit Wasser, Obst und Süßigkeiten für uns bereit, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Finca beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden, der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß und die Betten bequem. Wir hatten etwas Bedenken bezüglich der fehlenden Klimaanlage, die sich an zwei sehr heissen Nächten auch bewahrheiteten. Bei tagsüber 38 Grad bringt nachts leider auch das Durchlüften nichts und die reichlich vorhandenen Ventilatoren waren uns schlichtweg zu laut. An den anderen Tagen reichte es aus, morgens und abends durchzulüften und es ließ sich sehr gut aushalten. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass an jedem Fenster gute Fliegennetze vorhanden sind, wir hatten nahezu keine Mücken oder Fliegen im Haus. Der Pool war für unsere Jungs natürlich das Highlight, auch wenn leider die Poolbeleuchtung nicht funktionierte, was uns aber absolut nicht gestört hat. Conrado war bei Fragen stets für uns erreichbar und sofort da, wenn wir Hilfe brauchten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden Teile der umliegenden Stromleitung neu gemacht, was in der Finca scheinbar eine Stromstörung verursachte. Keine 20 Minuten nach unserem Anruf war Conrado auch schon da und löste das Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und empfehlen die Finca gerne uneingeschränkt weiter. Vielen herzlichen Dank auch an den tollen Service des deutschsprachigen Teams vor Ort, wir haben selten einen so guten, schnellen und freundlichen Service erlebt.

Ruhiger Finca Urlaub

Wir haben zwei schöne und erholsame Wochen in der Finca verbracht. Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen, die Wegbeschreibung perfekt und der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Wir waren mit drei Personen im Haus und hatten genügend Platz. Den Sonnenuntergang über der Bucht von Alcudia haben wir sehr genossen. Vor allem die Ruhe und die Natur waren für uns ein Gewinn. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, hier noch einmal Urlaub zu machen.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Top mit nettem Vermieter

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen 1 Woche zu Besuch. Ankunft war super auch wenn die Anreise beim ersten Besuch auf Mallorca interessant ist. Aber man bekommt bei Buchung eine genaue Wegbeschreibung. Mit toller Lage ruhig und abgelegen aber mit einem Leihwagen in 15 min in der nächsten Stadt. Wo man alles bekommt was man benötigt. Würden wir jeder Zeit wieder buchen sollten wir wieder als Kleingruppe oder Familie nach Mallorca kommen.
