Welcome to our home !



This house is fully equipped for your stay. With 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and a baby bed. You have a full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishes and cutlery, basic kitchen utensils, Keurig coffee maker, etc. There is also a washer and dryer, a BBQ and a spa.



This is a semi-detached house with only one neighbor.



The huge balconies facing the river and full sun all day offer unparalleled privacy and brightness.



Very bright, you will be charmed by its cozy comfort, its large open area, its two huge galleries and its ground level terrace with spa. The lower floor promises hours of fun with games and foosball.



The chalet is nestled on a large wooded lot that ensures privacy and is located on the edge of a small stream.



Close to Le Massif de Charlevoix ski resort and 10 minutes from Baie Saint-Paul. Fully equipped, it can accommodate 10 people.



You will have access to the entire cottage, spa and outdoor grounds.

Propreté et autre

La propreté du chalet est moyenne. Beaucoup de poussières sous les lits, et divans. Traces de doigts dans les fenêtres et sur le réfrigérateur. Nous avons aussi remarqué que les sièges de toilettes n’étaient vraiment pas propres. Seulement l’intérieur des toilettes sont nettoyé. Un odeur d’urine était même remarqué. Le ménage est fait très rapidement. Dernière chose, nous n’avons jamais réussi à faire fonctionner la télévision du sous-sol. Pour tout le reste, c’était parfait. Le chalet est vraiment bien équipé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les lits sont également très confortables.
