Lovely home!

We rented this home for a family celebration of my father’s 85th birthday. The property is beautiful, the home is clean, spacious and comfortable. The host is extremely responsive and great to work with. I would absolutely rent this home again!

Wonderful long weekend

We had a great stay with five families, total of 18 people. There was plenty of beds and bedrooms for all. Expansive combined dining and kitchen area. Was an excellent communal gathering space, and yet there were plenty of other sitting areas for those looking for a quiet place. The sunroom and upstairs nook were great for reading. The downstairs rec room kept the tweens occupied with ping pong and pool. The downstairs bar was nice for the adults to have a beer (VT makes the best!) and watch the action. The hot tub was enjoyed by everyone, especially on the cold nights. Overall a very enjoyable stay and our host was very responsive when inquires were made. For skiers , the central location to several mtns worked well for our group. We came from MD, MA, NY & NH and all agreed they want to go back

Great house for a family ski weekend!

We had a wonderful stay for a large family ski trip. The house is conveniently located near Bromley and Stratton. It was spacious, but also felt cozy. It was great for sharing meals, relaxing after skiing and had a fun game room downstairs. Julia was a very responsive host!

Excellent getaway home large enough for our extended family.

Plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate our large family gathering, well equipped kitchen for family home cooked meals, game room enjoyed by kids and adults, private location with big yard for outside fun!

Birthday celebration

Family from MN/MT/OR and CA joined us. IT was a remarkable experience. The pond would have been nice to swim in more but there was only a dock access and fish that nibbled. The deck was lovely and the grounds beautiful. It was quiet and very special...no traffic noise. Everyone had a private bedroom and the game room was well used. The hot tub would have been nice but the weather was too warm and we left firewood for the next guests. It was very comfortable and we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Fun Time With Friends

An excellent place to stay with a large group. There were 14 of us, and we had plenty of spaces to gather, but it never felt crowded. The pond and game room were a lot of fun and kept the teens and adults busy. The fire pit was also a big hit. We found some great local hikes and swimming holes too!

Amazing Family Reunion

I organized a family reunion and we had a blast! We had about 40 people attend -- but only 20 stayed in the house. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the hot tub and rec room and even caught some fish in the pond. The elementary school nearby has a great playground for the little kids, and Bromley's alpine slide, waterslide and assorted amusements were a lot of fun for the teenagers. Our family came from all over the country and this house made our time together special.

Every year we have a get together for ~20 of our closest friends. We stayed here this year and were not disappointed at all! The house was beautiful and plenty spacious for all of us, and the host was an absolute pleasure to work with. We will be back!

Weekend in Peru

We stayed in Peru this past weekend and it was fantastic. This property is amazing. The house is very large and can accommodate many guests. The sprawling yard made for great scenery and provided plenty of space for games and activities. Julia, our host, was very kind and made this process very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Stratton getaway

Our group was so thrilled that we stayed at this property. We shared the house with several families over our children’s February school break. Even with many people under one roof we were all very comfortable. Children and adults particularly enjoyed the game room, the kids loved sharing the bunk room and we everyone loved taking in the great view from the hot tub! Our host was accommodating and easy to communicate with at every step. We would all love to return to Peru and have every intention of recommending to our friends. Thanks for a great trip!

Annual Family Gathering for Thanksgiving

Our extended family of 13 adults and 4 older teenagers enjoyed the size, location, and amenities in this Vermont house in the woods on 11 acres of land. The property is well maintained and is fully equipped for technology, TV viewing, and kitchen facilities. There are separate areas for gathering including a sunroom, screened in porch, game area on the lower level, large dining area and living room space too. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on different levels. An outdoor hot tub was a hit with the teens. There are many activities in the area, especially in the summer and fall. Julia was responsive with information about the property prior to our arrival and let us know that all was set for our arrival a few days before our travels.

Perfect house for a large group

Our group had a wonderful time at Julia’s house for our annual ski trip! The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the views off the back porch were amazing. It was convenient to both Okemo and Stratton. We would love to come back sometime!
