We arrived and there was a drunk person outside reception falling all over the place spilling his water everywhere. Inside reception was a young girl at the counter who looked to be on drugs. The lady on reception was helpful and friendly. We then got to the apartment and someone was Parked in our space so we had to park somewhere else’s Upon entering the apartment ist was dirty and unclean. The kids took their shoes off and feet were black in minutes. There was hair in the bathroom tiles and sink. The outside ashtray was overflowing with cigarette butts. It was very loud and noisey and none of us managed to sleep especially with the motorbike next door that kept raving its engine. We would not stay again or recommend.

The staff were polite The room very clean and tidy Down fall no ice cubes or trays to make them The ad listed there was a DVD player in the room so my partner and i brought a couple to watch only to find on arriving there wasn't one but the foxtel took care of us anyway Security was good with three doors to unlock main entrance,floor entrance and then the room with that said i was a little concerned about the other room possibly having access to my room as it seemed one key fits all door's
