There wasn’t enough staff on duty. Cleaner couldn’t clean our room till late afternoon when we wanted to rest so we cleaned it ourselves. We had to go and get our own water from the restaurant as no staff available to bring up to our room. Also there needs to be more sun lounges around the pool. Three sun lounges isn’t enough as we had to sit on chairs most of the time
