Majority of the stay there was no Internet! Very limited housekeeping and they say there is breakfast, but it’s never readily available

We arrived at night and it wasn’t possible to pay with a card, so I had to book and pay through Expedia. The internet didn’t work, and it was still down the next day. Breakfast included scrambled eggs with pork ham, three slices of apple, a cracker, and two slices of bread with coffee or hot chocolate. My brother is allergic to pork, and when we asked for eggs without ham, they said no because they cook everything in batches. We offered to pay extra for plain eggs, but they refused. We filed a complaint at the front desk, but they just made excuses. Poor service. It's a shame, because the location is good. Also, there was water leaking in the bathroom.
