Modern 5BD Cabin, Fire Pit, Fenced Yard, Breezy Point

Escape to a newly renovated, pet-friendly cabin on Pelican Lake’s west shore in Breezy Point Resort. Perfect year-round for up to 12 guests, enjoy the public beach, dock, lake access, and a private fenced-in backyard including a bonfire pit. There are 3 nearby golf courses, multiple dining spots, and hiking/snowmobiling trails. With a full kitchen and roomy indoor/outdoor spaces, it’s ideal for family fun or a relaxing getaway in Breezy Point.

Open kitchen and living room space with plenty of room for large groups. The property includes a fenced-in backyard, fire pit, gas grill, and plenty of room in the backyard for yard games! The main floor includes a King bed and TV, dressers w/private bathroom. The second upstairs room includes a Queen bed and a closet.

The basement includes a 1 king bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, and one room which includes 2 twin beds. It also includes a full bathroom, laundry room, and a large living room area which has a SmartTV plus plenty of video and board games for all ages.

The entire property will be accessible. You will have access to four parking spaces on our driveway, plus two additional parking spots on the street. If you need additional parking beyond that, there is an overflow lot located nearby.

We're a hands-off host but will be available by phone should any questions or concerns arise.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Awesome House

Lovely home at Breezy

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The home was clean and very tastefully decorated. We had plenty of room to sprawl out. Short walk down to marina. Cole and Elly are wonderful hosts. Super easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be back to this property!

Beautiful Property

This was an absolutely beautiful property. The property was perfectly suited for hosting a group for a workshop at Breezy Point Resort. It was very close to the resort, so it was easy to travel back and forth between workshops. I look forward to booking the property again next year for the workshop.
