The area around the hotel is deceiving- by day quite normal but as sun goes doen the police cars and ambulances wail their sirens. It seemed like every 5 minutes. That was only complaint I had.

First impressions went a long way - the staff greeted me immediately and they were super polite and friendly. I grew up in FL and miss just how friendly everyone genuinely are. All the staff I encountered over three days were just as polite. The outside and main lobby were clean and updated. The room was very clean. Fridge, countertop range, desk, T.V...clearly set up for those with extended stays, but perfect for a couple of nights too. It was no frills, but the room was updated and fresh at a very reasonable price. No complaints at all! Parking was plenty. It was close to the airport and the highway. I liked that, from the lobby, you had to scan in to open the door to the main rooms - gave me a great sense of safety. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros Clean Newer hotel Good location close to interstate but far enough away that there’s no road noise Close to a new gas station dominos pizza Starbucks Walmart market etc Big fridge good micro and a two burner cooktop in the room A/c worked great Cons Squeaky bed with cheap mattress Light in bathroom turns off automatically leaving you in the dark in the shower No ice machine No iron No coffee in your room No breakfast Stayed in much worse and much better it’s clean and priced decent seemed like mostly a lot of construction workers staying there

FIRST OFF THE AMENITIES THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR WERE LISTED AS AVAILABLE ON THE SITE. TOTAL LIE!! My husband and I just checked out this morning 9/15/2025. They only give you the number of towels and wash clothes for the people in the room. I person one wash clothe. It was listed as offering breakfast. LIE! They only have two kinds of coffee, THATS BREAKFAST! I booked with them because the suites have stovetop and refrigerators. Well they don’t provide any cook wear. No pots no nothing. You have to ask to use the iron and ironing board and return it within an hour. Listed as having a pool. NO POOL! They do not clean your rooms. It they will come in and perform a “security search” without your permission. No soap, shampoo, body wash, NONE OF THAT GOOD STUFF! It’s pet friendly but does not have proper ventilation so floor 3 smells like dogs and cats. Our FIRST room was a NO GO because you could hear people upstairs TALKING! The ceiling. And walls are paper thin. Whoever was in 319 is cheating on their spouse YES I heard them talking and the man had just left the room. THE BEDS!!! Are Walmart cheap not attached to anything so they move and scrub the floor so sex is a no good if you don’t want anyone to hear. The SECOND ROOM had fleas. We ended up having to purchase bug spray from Walmart along with towels and wash clothes. While this hotel is only a year old I see it going down fast and turning into one of those motels where people live and pay by the week. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

The property was extremely cleaned ans surrounded by places to eat. A Wal-Mart is located in a 5 minute walking distance and so is Dominos pizza. Our refrigerator would barely get cold throughout the stay and there was no iron. The guests above us allowed their children to stump all day and night. Front desk did address the issue twice but it still did not stop.
