We all had a great time. The only thing is I don’t think kids belong in a hot tub if they’re under a certain age, you’re trying to relax and enjoy yourself and you have kids under a certain age in there screaming ,splashing.that would be the be my biggest complaint

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. We stayed here for a long weekend (3 nights) and enjoyed it mostly. However, there were some glaring customer service issues that would prevent me from staying here again or recommending the place to anyone: The day after getting home from the vacation, we realized we left 3 swimsuits hanging in the closet. I called the front desk immediately to ask if they had found them and if they were able to return them to me at my own expense. The response I got was: "We will let housekeeping know, and they will get back to you in the next day or two." I never heard back from them. I called the front desk again a total of 4 times over the next week (see the attached screenshot for proof). I always got the same response that they would get back to me, but they never did. I don't appreciate the lying; I would rather know whether or not I could pay to get my personal property back. On my last time calling, they told me that I should go to ilostmystuff.com and make a lost item report, which I did two weeks ago. However, nothing has come of this report. It might sound like I'm complaining about nothing, but bathing suits (especially women's) can be expensive in the $40-50 range, and we lost 3. ***Just know that if you choose to stay here and happen to leave your phone, your wallet, clothing, electronics, beauty supplies, etc., YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING THEM BACK. THEY WILL STEAL OR DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY!!!!***

The room was clean when move in. Staff did not clean or make bed. First night was in a different room due to HVAC problem. She did offer anything we need in the hallway. The staff at the desk was not very helpful. Tried to tack on parking fees. I had to call Expedia customer service to help get in our oceanfront suite. He made it happen.

Staff at checkin was courteous but the room could have used some deep cleaning. Couch was stained and dirty! Found empty can of whiteclaw in one of the drawers. Mold/mildew around the shower.

We loved the view from our hotel, the pool was inviting and the best part was direct access to the beach which was clean and the white sand was amazing… we had a great family vacation in Navarre beach!

Excellent location, ample parking spaces ($25.00 a day). We never got our housekeeping service during our stay which was disappointing. Overall a good stay.

Smooth check in and check out. Staff was sweet and attentive, great location with onsite restaurant and the amenities was amazing. Our kids enjoyed their stay and were very upset when we had to checkout. We recommend for couples, family, or even solo stays!

Everything was wonderful with the entire stay, the only complaint i had, was others should watch out for the "hidden unless specifically asked about" (we didn't find out the extra deposit fee or the nightly parking fee until we looked at our bank statement)

The room was spacious and had a great view with a balcony. However, they have a staffing issue. They are only cleaning the rooms and replacing towels, etc every other day. The hallway near the elevator on our floor smelled like urine. Someone must have had an accident and the carpet had not been steam cleaned properly to remove the smell.
