Property was exactly what we expected. Pictures were accurate of current state. Hosts communicated well before, during, and after our planned stay. Expectations were clearly set and reminders were sent so there were no questions. Responses to emails and texts were quick. Would gladly stay again and recommend to anyone searching for rentals.

Great place, feels like home

Everything was great. It was farther from the beach than we anticipated, but that really didn’t impact our experience as there were tons of public beach access points very nearby. The house itself was pretty perfect for our family, kitchen is well stocked to be cooked in (pots/pans/knives/etc). Easy in and out, excellent communication with the owners, overall a really great trip!

spacious and quiet

great place for a quiet get away. not far from beach -- which was fine to not be on beach. short drive (maybe 3 - 5 minutes) to beach and there is a public access immediately available. my only complaint was the main level bedroom had a mattress topper that made the bed way too soft for my liking. my husband, which usually likes soft mattresses, went upstairs each night as he was uncomfortable too. he said the upstairs bed was much better. We never cooked so can't speak to the kitchen set up -- but it was a nice large kitchen that I would love to cook in -- we just had outings with friends planned so never cooked. could easily accommodate 4 couples or large families with plenty of room -- 2 large areas with tvs and lots of seating. dining table and bar with stools to eat at. best part was quiet neighborhood. seemed most people were living in the houses and not renting -- which was great for safety and quiet. would definitely stay here again.
