Beach vacation

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves! This condo is exactly as described. There were 7 of us and a baby and it was big enough that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The shuttle to the beach was so easy. Everything is close! We’ll definitely be back!

Property was clean and had all amenities that we needed. The sauna was an awesome bonus! The location was convenient to the beach club and the pool. We were able to walk or easily catch a ride on the shuttle! We had a very nice, relaxing stay. Thank you, Patty for letting us enjoy your house!

Great place

Very comfortable stay and ITrip was responsive to needs such as arranging for plumber and booking activities, Pool, fitness area and beach club were all closed due to maintenace.

Amazing Place

We will definitely be returning! The access to the shuttle to tote our family of 6; which included a 9, 7 and 1 year old made this by far the most relaxing vacation for us. The beach and pool access were awesome. We really enjoyed the stay at 14337 as the place was beautiful and with great aesthetic!

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our time at this condo! Nice pool, loved riding the bikes, clean, and we were able to bring our dog. Only issue is bracelets that must be worn and fear of losing off our small children’s’ wrists with a $100 penalty.

A short walk to the beach

This 3 story townhouse was a very nice retreat of our long weekend break. The house has most items you need for basic meals and very nice appliances and storage. The stairs are mentioned in listing and the layout is as expected. The screened porch is very nice. The resident and visiting neighbors were all quiet in evenings/nights and very friendly.

Very Nice Property

We spent Christmas with family. My SIL’s husband is in the military, stationed at Pensacola. This property is a bit of a drive to the base, but it is a really nice place to stay. Everything is neat and tidy. We used the gym everyday. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold. It got into the 20’s. So, we were mostly inside the whole time. The TV is loaded with apps so we watched a lot of movies and sports. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a Publix near by. Overall, I would rate our stay as a 10.

Just right

This property is conveniently located with a short walk to both the beach and pool. It is big enough for 6 adults and 1 child to stay comfortably, share meals together, and park 3 vehicles easily. The hosts were very responsive to questions both before and during the trip. Highly recommend!

Dog Friendly, Amazing Space

We loved our stay. It was great being able to bring our dog who doesn’t kennel well. The townhouse is three story so be prepared! Listed said each unit comes with 2 sets of beach chairs. This is true; HOWEVER, it’s on a first come first serve basis and they are all gone by 8:30/9:00. A set is 4 chairs and one unbrella so 8 chairs per unit (which I think is a bit much but that’s just me). We did finally get to use this benefit on the last day. We had our Tommy Bahama chairs so we still had easy access to chairs and were able to locate ourselves where we wanted to be. So, that’s not so much of a negative as a just be aware. Beach is .5 mile away from unit. We had someone drop us and the equipment each day, and then they would return car to unit and walk back. Shuttle wasn’t super reliable. It took less time for someone to walk back to grab our private vehicle than it did waiting for shuttle. Again, not a negative just a be aware. It worked for us. We were able to park a few times in the coveted public parking on the beach! Lol. Overall, I would say this was a great option for our family. Also, bring a few storage containers or bags for left overs. Very few options in unit for leftover storage. I didn’t realize this when I made a Walmart run and just didn’t want to go back! Lol otherwise I would have grabbed cheapies too leave. Would suggest to the owners to make sure the description says chairs are first come first serve. Otherwise amazing unit.

Beauty meets function

The property met our needs perfectly. Beautifully appointed townhome. Loved the style and view. Was disappointed the hot tub in the community center was not functional during our stay, but the beach made up for it.

Great place near beach!

Wonderful condo with great amenities & plenty of room for our fam of 6 plus our dog. Especially liked the community pool bc a few days we were there the beach was closed to the public due to high waves. Kitchen had all the needed items to cook a few meals, lots of garage space to store our beach items plus the condo had bikes & more beach items available to use. Only downside, master bedroom mattress was not supportive/comfortable.

Family Fun

Had a wonderful experience with this property. My husband, 3 kids (ages 9, 7 & 4), along with my mother and dog stayed in this 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse. It is a beautiful home with alot of amenities. We went a little early in the year so the pools were still a bit chilly but not too chilly for the kids. The shuttle bus to the Beach Club across the street is amazing. Felt very safe. Texted with Patty (the owner) and she was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property and Lost Key.

Perfect beach getaway

This home was beautiful. Very clean, beds were comfortable, walking distance to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed the fitness center and pickle ball. The club house was great for bathroom breaks and lunch on the beach. The house was big enough to be comfortable for a large family. We loved it! Thanks for helping us make some fun family memories!

Perdido key beaches

Awesome experience, we also got lucky with great weather last week of 2021. Home was everything the pictures showed and more. Extremely clean should get six stars for that. Great safe gated community, friendly people at the beach resort. We walked to the beach with flashlights every night to look for crabs and jellyfish. Great vacation, easy in/out.
