This property and its location were perfect for our needs! Everything was clean - kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Our spring break weather was cold, and it was great to have the fire table in the backyard so we could sit outside. We loved having the park right across the street - played pickleball each night! Grocery store and beach were within minutes, and the Naval museum was just a short drive away. My sons played golf at the Perdido Bay Golf Club that was also a short drive - around the corner. All of us loved our stay, and if we come back to this area, we will definitely rent this property again. Thank you, Patty!

House was neat and clean, with plenty of towels, along with enough basic items (TP, etc.) to allow You to get settled in for a couple of days before needing to stock up for Your stay! The house is just a short distance from 3 state parks, and miles of white sand beach (15 min. is the longest drive to one of the Gulf Side State Parks)

The host was great. We stayed for the month oj January 2026. Kept in contact throughout our stay. The cottage was perfect, everything very modern and in good shape. Very good and quiet neighborhood, felt safe always. Was close to grocery. Recommend highly for a place to stay.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We called the owner, Patti, on our first day there before check-in to see if we were able to do early check-in. She approved for us to go in and gave us a temp code. That was a relief, as we had been traveling a long distance to get there. Upon entry, my children were stunned at the home’s beauty and cleanliness. The home boasts three beautiful spacious rooms! A beautiful kitchen and living space and the most comfortable back patio with a grill and seating. Also, please don’t be hesitant to book this property based off of your research of the distance between it and Pensacola Beach and all those attractions, as every site we visited was not anywhere near as long of a drive as we read. It was in a quiet area and in the perfect location to access many different sides of town’s attractions. Do not hesitate to book! Book now!

Great place to stay very quiet, clean and friendly

We had a Great time at location. Place was very nice, nicely decorated, and clean. Only thing was with 2 small children we worried about the drainage hole in back.that pictures online didn’t show. It was partially covered but had spots on both sides sticking up and didn’t cover sides of hole. But everything else was great. We Would rent again.

Good stay but could use a few small improvements

We stayed 5 nights with 5 adults and one 12 year old. It was an overall good stay but a little tight (sleeps 8 is a big stretch). Huge master bedroom. Cute cottage close to grocery stores and the beaches. Pros: Beachy and new decor. We loved having the bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella! Easy and quick communication from the host too. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. The neighbors took the trash bins in/out, which was very nice. Cons: Neighborhood was a little iffy in spots. Both neighbors had loud barking dogs. Nearly every time we went out back, they would aggressively bark at us. Heads up, if you have small pets/children, there is a large open drain in the backyard. There's also a gaping hole in the fence. No garbage disposal, plus we were left with no soap in any of the soap dispensers (did find refills in laundry). They only left us 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher tab and 1 paper towel roll for 6 people for 5 days! Pretty chintzy. Also only 1 tp roll in the guest bath. We had to run to dollar store to buy some basic things we thought should have been supplied. I would also suggest adding a small table next to the beds, I had no lamp or place to lay my book or glasses. No surfaces in smaller bedrooms to put anything down - even a tiny bench/dresser in the closet would be very helpful (or hooks). Also when 4 people are sharing 1 bathroom, an extra mirror (full-length behind bedroom door?) would be very helpful and no tv in 3rd bedroom.

Great location near major beaches - nice neighbors

This is a fairly new property. The decor was very well done and well-suited to the beach area in which it was located. My wife and I felt very comfortable there and really enjoyed our stay. As a family that often leases rental properties, we’re always concerned how the neighbors feel about having a new set of strangers invade their privacy every few days. I’m happy to say that the neighbors were very friendly and made us feel comfortable. If we were in the perdido key area again, we would most definitely stay in this home if it was available.

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk. The neighbors we met were very friendly. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch or on the back porch. The yard was nice for our little dog. We enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be that the living room sofas are pretty worn and could be replaced.

Great house & perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days staying at Coastal Cottage. The house is just as depicted in the picture’s & description. Short drive to the beach & any essentials you might need. The only thing that could have made it even better would be a screened in porch out back since we always like to dine outside if possible & the presence of flys was a little annoying but we would definitely return & book it again if available.

This house is just as it is described! We enjoyed the stay and the host was kind enough to give us an early check-in. We traveled with my husband's 83-year old mother and she loved the cleanliness and well appointed kitchen for cooking breakfast. We will be back!

Quite retreT

This super cute house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. However, quick trip down the street will take you to the beach, fast food restaurants, a grocery store and more. There are even national retail chains within 5 miles to do some shopping. We normally stay in a condo on the beach, so this house was a little off the beaten path for us, but we chose it because we were bringing our fur babies with us and wanted a worry free backyard where our babies be able to run free. But I should’ve asked questions or read the reviews more closely because the fence was not down to the ground all the way around the yard, and there was a very large drain in the middle of the yard, which was less than ideal for a curious 10 pound Chihuahua. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and it was nice being close to all the things.

Great place, clean, comfortable, and close to everything

It was great home. Had everything we needed, was clean and our dogs loved the backyard. Only downside was the sleeper couch was broken. Would be good to have that replaced. Location was close to everything, including beaches! The park and playground just across the street was awesome for the dogs and kid. We would definitely go back.

Close to the beach! Not busy. Really nice place and well stocked with cooking supplies. The only thing that needs attention is the pull out couch. It is completely broken. We bought a new air mattress and put in in front of the couch so our kids had a bed.

July Birthday Celebration

Came to Perdido to visit our son training at NAS Pensacola over 4th of July weekend. Drove from Wisconsin- we were going to arrive a few hours prior to check in time, so I called Patty to see if we could access the home earlier. She checked on cleaners and sent us a code right over - so easy! House is cute, very well equipped (LOVE the coffee cups!!). Our dog was very comfortable with the cute fenced yard and the neighborhood. Outdoor time was short because it was so hot, but he was super comfortable in the home while we people wandered about in the heat! Neighborhood is quiet, and close to everything. Great restaurants everywhere- including a fantastic pizza place literally steps from the house. Only thing I can say is that they need a new couch - it was very saggy even though it looks nearly brand new. We super enjoyed our stay, Joe and Patty are super hosts, we would stay with them again! We loved our stay!

Great house for our family!

We had a great stay in this beautiful new house. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our only small note is that the larger couch in the living room needs an upgrade. We’d definitely stay here again.
