Coastal cottage in Perdido Key

Chose coastal cottage for its proximity to the naval base and the ability to accommodate our two large dogs. Cute place, was very clean and decent size fenced in yard. Property manager responded quickly to a small concern. Quiet neighborhood with a park nearby. Close to beaches, state parks. Would definitely recommend.

Patty is awesome great communication the house is always very clean and nice we love the fenced in back yard our little girl Coco (shitzu puppy loves playing ball in the yard and very close to everything we do when we are in the area this was our 2nd year in a row staying here and saving our money already to come down and stay next year. Thanks Patty for a great experience staying in your house we love it. Mike and Sandra and miss Coco

House was neat and clean, with plenty of towels, along with enough basic items (TP, etc.) to allow You to get settled in for a couple of days before needing to stock up for Your stay! The house is just a short distance from 3 state parks, and miles of white sand beach (15 min. is the longest drive to one of the Gulf Side State Parks)

The host was great. We stayed for the month oj January 2026. Kept in contact throughout our stay. The cottage was perfect, everything very modern and in good shape. Very good and quiet neighborhood, felt safe always. Was close to grocery. Recommend highly for a place to stay.

This property and its location were perfect for our needs! Everything was clean - kitchen had everything we needed for making our meals. Our spring break weather was cold, and it was great to have the fire table in the backyard so we could sit outside. We loved having the park right across the street - played pickleball each night! Grocery store and beach were within minutes, and the Naval museum was just a short drive away. My sons played golf at the Perdido Bay Golf Club that was also a short drive - around the corner. All of us loved our stay, and if we come back to this area, we will definitely rent this property again. Thank you, Patty!

Great stay in Perdido

We visited my son for the holiday weekend while he is in school at Pensacola NAS. This house was perfect for my family. It is clean and had everything we needed.

Coastal Cottage

Great location minutes from the beach with all the feel and comforts of home. Being able to bring our little house dog was a big plus instead of having to board him while gone.

Great place to stay

House was nice, everything still pretty new. Decent location in quieter neighborhood but close enough to Pensacola and Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. Dan & Patty were quick to respond to the few minor questions/issues we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

"Pensacola Getaway"

We had a fantastic trip! The house has everything we needed and was located in a peaceful area. Although the washing and dryer were helpful in this case, we could have used a few more towels. Anyone traveling to Pensacola should check out this house, in my opinion. Everything was spotless.

Enjoyable Stay at the Coastal Cottage

We had a terrific time. The Coastal Cottage was clean, pretty and perfectly equipped. The location was great. It was close to shopping and the beach. The hosts were great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Visiting son and grandson

This house is just as it is described! We enjoyed the stay and the host was kind enough to give us an early check-in. We traveled with my husband's 83-year old mother and she loved the cleanliness and well appointed kitchen for cooking breakfast. We will be back!

Great house for our family!

We had a great stay in this beautiful new house. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio and proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Our only small note is that the larger couch in the living room needs an upgrade. We’d definitely stay here again.

Second home

House was the perfect second home for 2 adults and 3 children. Super quiet neighborhood!! Minutes away from the West NAS entrance, large kids park, and Perdido Key beach access! Would definitely rent again!!!

Great house & perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days staying at Coastal Cottage. The house is just as depicted in the picture’s & description. Short drive to the beach & any essentials you might need. The only thing that could have made it even better would be a screened in porch out back since we always like to dine outside if possible & the presence of flys was a little annoying but we would definitely return & book it again if available.

Great place to stay very quiet, clean and friendly

We had a Great time at location. Place was very nice, nicely decorated, and clean. Only thing was with 2 small children we worried about the drainage hole in back.that pictures online didn’t show. It was partially covered but had spots on both sides sticking up and didn’t cover sides of hole. But everything else was great. We Would rent again.
