Wonderful Pensacola stay!

This adorable house has everything you need and is close to beaches/water. The backyard is fully fenced with a picnic table. The sunroom was so cute! Great hosts!

Great hosts, great location

Quaint house in a well taken care of neighborhood. Hosts were excellent communicators. Home was comfortable and close to everything that you might want to do in the Pensacola area. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future!

Milly was very quick to communicate and was very helpful with setting us up in the house when there was an unforeseen issue before check in that was out of her control. She was very understanding when we had a foul-up on our end with check-in. Thank you for letting us stay. The house was great and the location was key. Great spot for children with playgrounds all around.

Awesome!

The property is as advertised. Cute and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Large backyard with free games provided! Check-in process surprisingly simple and the hosts respond to any questions in less than 5 minutes! Much better than any hotel and it is awesome having separate rooms for everyone to relax! Location is good for whatever activities you're wanting to do in the surrounding area. Definitely want to come back next year for hopefully 2 weeks! Thank you Milly and Doug! ❤️

Fantastic Pensacola Visit

Our oldest daughter graduated from Pensacola Christian College, and we opted to stay at this VRBO, as we are from Iowa. What a wonderful home! It was extraordinarily clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and had an absolutely wonderful charm. It is a very, very well persevered and cared for home. Strolling through the yard and going for our morning jogs through the East Hill Neighborhood was a joy. Folks living in that area obviously take great pride in their neighborhood. The homes and yards in the neighborhood are very unique and tidy. Our youngest daughter was amazed at the canopy of trees over many of the streets. Our host Milly was very responsive and provided great information about the area. We will likely visit again in the future, and I will definitely seek out this home again for future stays.

Clean Sweep!

This location has all the amenities and comfort of a Home away from Home. The host communicated and keep me informed. The house is clean as a whistle. I will visit Pensacola again and stay right here. Thank you Miley and Doug we had a blast!

Location, location, location!

We had a wonderful time in Pensacola and our rental was part of that. We were conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and eat. The rental exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, location, and amenities. The washer and dryer were so helpful. I was able to do several loads of laundry which kept us from having to take home wet, sandy clothes. If I had a complaint, it would be the amount of bath towels provided. I had to wash them multiple times to have enough but it wasn't a problem. We would highly recommend this rental as well as Bonelli's, East Hill Market, Lucy's, and Hot Spot BBQ. Our least favorite restaurant was The Fish House. It wasn't horrible but dlfot the wait and food quality, we had better meals. One of the locals recommended Joe Patti's for fresh seafood but we ran out of time. Next visit maybe.😉 Use Goretro tours to get out to NAS and watch the Blue Angels practice and go to the museum. That was awesome. Do a nighttime Segway tour through Emerald Coast Tours (ask for Rick-he's a hoot), & take a fishing charter with Captain Gene (Keepin It Wet Fishing Charter). We also had two great beach days! Stop at the public beach access right before you enter Gulf Island Seashore. Not crowded and the water was awesome. A local recommended Opal Beach but, alas, we ran out of time for that too. Thank you to our hosts for a great family vacation. We'll be back.

Lovely Easter Weekend Getaway

Calypso House is in a beautiful part of Pensacola called East Hill. It is a lovely area where many people have cute little signs that say "I Love Living in East Hill" It's 10 minutes to downtown and 15-20 minutes to the beaches. The house is spacious and has a really nice flow to it and has so much charm. It's amazing how the bathroom looks new even though it is the original tile and fixtures from 30's when it was built. The house has all the charm of being an older home, but is sparkling and spotless. There is also a comfortable outside sitting area. We slept in the main bedroom and the mattress was excellent. The bedrooms are large and airy with big closets and ceiling fans. There is a fabulous sunroom with a daybed and a laundry area. If you came here with your family and children you would have ample room for everyone. Calypso House is located in our favorite neighborhood in Pensacola. It is close to everything. It is charming and sparkling clean. Milly and Doug live close by and are extremely responsive. We love to cook and the kitchen is very easy to work in and well equipped. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Perfect Pensacola Location

Exceptionally clean and well-stocked home. Close to all the Pensacola attractions: beach, restaurants, shopping, and Naval Base. My wife and enjoyed our stay I this quant home in a very quiet, established neighborhood. One can feel like a local here, while enjoying the city. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Beach Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at the Calypso house. It was a short drive to the beach and centrally located. The neighborhood is so quiet and I loved taking walks and looking at all the old beautiful houses and the beautiful big oak trees .
