3 BR, 3 B condo with fabulous views sleeps 8 with sofa sleeper. BLACKOUT CURTAINS IN ALL THE BEDROOMS! I had no idea how important and rare this was until I rented other units for family gatherings. Everyone can enjoy sleeping in on vacation in this condo! Newly redecorated to create a beautiful, luxurious retreat. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in the rental as well as 6 folding chairs which are in the condo. Also, for your convenience, beach towels, air inflator, rafts and beach toys are supplied. also available in the condo at no extra charge are a high chair and pack and play with sheets. Granite and stainless steel spacious kitchen with top of the line appliances and equipment. A nice selection of spices are in the pantry to simplify your grocery shopping. Balcony overlooks the emerald waters of the gulf and invites relaxation on lounge chairs or dining at the table with delicacies prepared on the grill. Sliding glass doors open wide between indoor and outdoor tables for a dining capacity of 12 with 3 additional seats at the bar. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall views from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom of the ocean. Master bedroom has king bed, jacuzzi tub, separate shower. Two additional bedrooms, which overlook Pensacola Bay, have queen beds and private baths. High quality linens and thick towels are in every room.

Good family stay

The location was great and the room as nice. We had plenty of room for everyone. The obstacles getting to the beach was challenging as we had to go either through the parking garage and through the resort or through the resort and up the stairs of the gym. Was quite a haul with all of our beach stuff.

Best Vacation!

Perfect condo and view! Close to restaurants and right on the beach. We had everything we needed. It was great that there were beach chairs and towels available since we flew. Highly recommend the Frisky Mermaid dolphin tour. We saw the Blue Angels while on the boat.

Amazing rental property

We had an amazing stay at this rental property! The condo itself is just beautiful and is fully equipped with everything you need. We stayed with three moms and five daughters between all of us for a dance competition, and this condo had amazing space for everyone and all of their things. The pool is beautiful, and the beach access is quick and easy. The owner was also extremely responsive and reached out to check on us prior to checking in. I'd highly recommend this property!

Great vacation!

Great location (this building is a repeat and favorite vacation spot). We enjoyed all the units we’ve visited but this one is our favorite so far. Pictures are accurate, unit is well supplied, all furniture was clean and comfortable, and host was easy to communicate with.
