Beautiful place

Wonderful condo with an even better balcony and view. Owner has all the beach chairs,etc that you need. Only issue was with the property manager - they turned off the key card an hour before our check out. Which was a slight issue when we got back from our last beach walk. Also, there were extra charges from them for a check-in fee and a daily amenity fee that wasn’t expected.

Great Amenties/Poor Water Pressure

The stay was nice and as advertised. Amenities and items within the unit (from coffee to swim floaties) were super helpful. The only issue was the poor water pressure. It took around 30-40 minutes to really fill either bathtub and showering was pretty much out of the question because of the poor drip. It might not seem like that big of an issue, but at the price we paid for just four nights, we were sort of hoping for no issues.

Saving this listing for future trips!

My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend for a last minute babymoon. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We liked that they provided a few basics in the pantry and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay. Very easy check in and check out process. We will be returning for future trips!

Amazing

This is the most beautiful/ best condo and resort I’ve stayed at. Literally everything is perfect. You really don’t have to worry about buying or bringing much with you it’s all there for you to use already. The portofino beach resort is beautiful and the best place to stay in the area. The beach is not crowded and so beautiful. I was so pleased when I walked in it’s decorated so nice. The whole experience was great and I can’t wait to come back. The host Malinda was very nice and answered all questions ahead of time and was prompt with info. I don’t think we could have had a better vacation or time anywhere else. This was a spring spring break trip for my family and we didn’t want to leave.

An Incredible Stay!

Absolutely amazing stay at Portofino Resort in Pensacola Beach! The condo was stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. The views were breathtaking, and the resort amenities made our stay even more special. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless experience, offering helpful recommendations and making us feel truly welcome. We also loved the 11:00 checkout time, which gave us a little extra relaxation before heading home. We can’t wait to come back—highly recommend!

Exactly as described!

Our place was exactly as described. The host was incredibly accommodating & helped us even prior to our arrival. It was located closest to the life center, which was fun to use the gym, eat at the restaurant, swim & find Starbucks coffee! Highly recommend staying here! We hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful view!

Condo was clean and supplied very well. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Conveniently located. Beach was just across the street and many nice restaurants to choose from. The view of the gulf was quite pretty.

Comfy beach retreat

Wonderful property and even better unit! Malinda is super helpful and responsive when needed. The beds and living room furniture are clean and comfortable. The entire condo is spacious and the view can’t be beat!

Vacay perfection

Beautiful property and great location! Lots of options on property, wonderful views from condo, easy access to beach, or short drive to downtown eating and shopping. There was not one thing we didn’t enjoy. Even the weather was perfect! We will definitely stay again

Amazing Condo!

Could’ve stayed forever

This place was perfect! I’ve stayed at the Portofino before and love the resort itself, but this condo specifically was so clean, cute, and comfy! I can’t say enough good things. I am really impressed with how well equipped this place is. We are the type to bring a lot of our own beach stuff and even kitchen stuff to cook with, but this place had literally everything you could need in the kitchen, on the grill, and in the closet from chairs to beach toys to ice chests! I was really impressed. The condo itself is so spacious and roomy, and the view is perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Vacay

Clean condo with a fantastic view. A/c worked great considering the summer heat. Elevators were very quick. Check in was easy, and overall everything was conveniently located. Will stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola beach.

Great Condo Experience

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean and stocked well in the kitchen and plenty of linens and towels. It has a closet full of beach toys, a wagon, chairs and several boogie boards.

Family Vacation 2024

We had an absolute fabulous time! The condo is picturesque and was an exceptional getaway for my family. Check in was a breeze and our host was extremely quick in response to any questions I had. We will definitely be back! We loved our time here and getting to watch the Blue Angels from the balcony was an added bonus to this already perfect trip!

Highly recommend!

This owner went above and beyond with little things. Everything you need for a nice day at the beach! Chairs, umbrella, coolers, and toys if you bring the kiddos! Comfy beds and extremely clean. Easy easy walk to the beach!!!!🏖️
