Really great place to visit.

Really great place to visit. We loved our time at Thanet Well. Lodges could do with smart tv's and WiFi boosters though - the only down side. Everything else was great. Many thanks to all your staff.

We arrived at our lodge to find that the toilet didn’t flush and hot tub was too cold to use. We were offered another lodge which was the only vacant one with a hot tub. Again the toilet flushing mechanism wasn’t working and needed repair. Then the smoke alarm decided to malfunction, going off at random times. We inspected the smoke alarm only to discover the unit was out of date by 3 years and should have been replaced as we were staying in a newly refurbished unit. Maintenance at these lodge is questionable to say the least.

As mentioned before there is some need for updating and the furniture is showing signs of wear as is the shower room and bathroom.Would be useful to have a vacuum cleaner in the lodge, there was an instruction booklet for one though!,along with a number of instruction books relating to old appliances, maybe best to get rid of these and just keep the booklets for the appliances which these replaced.
