Villa Petra is located on a hillside on a spacious plot. Pool / terrace area and living area are on one level, which can be reached by stairs. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape as well as of the pool area with terrace, which is equipped with 4 loungers, through two large glass panoramic sliding doors.
You can expect modern living comfort in the spacious living room (fireplace, air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV) and an open dining area with a ceiling height of approx. 4 meters and the adjoining open kitchen, from which you can also access the terrace with barbecue and seating. There are also two modern bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with air conditioning and one with fan, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The house is very well equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday: kitchen with large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster. Bedroom: once with air conditioning and once with fan, a double bed 1.60, two single beds 90x1.90 built-in closet. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. There is satellite TV, WiFi, electric heating for autumn and winter and a private parking space in front of the door

Mooie huis
Het huis was perfect voor ons 4 en zwembad was ook goed als houdt van rust dan is t huis perfect die eigenaar was behulpzaam en beantwoorden alle vragen dus wij hebben fijn vakantie gehad tot volgende keer zeker.

Traumhafter Ausblick
Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Der private Pool ist sehr schön und bei den hohen Temperaturen im August haben wir ihn auch mehrmals täglich benutzt. Genauso wichtig sind die Klimaanlagen bei der Hitze, diese haben wir Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. In 10-20 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am Strand

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood
The house is very nice with fully equipped kitchen, a living room and 2 bedrooms. We were a family of 4 and we have enough space for everyone.
The pool is also large enough for the whole family.
The AC was really enjoyable.
The neighborhood is really calm.
All of this with a nice sea view. We definitely recommend this place.
