I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was large and luxurious, and had a work space. The service was exceptional. The pool was fantastic. The food was delicious - breakfast is amazing and the on-site restaurants are really good.

We loved our stay. Excellent location, great pool, very nice room with really comfortable bed. There is no ocean view from the pool area or mosr rooms though and there are a lot of monkeys that come into the resort.

The only issue was the construction right outside our room. The hotel should have informed us or placed us in a different side of the hotel as surely the hotel was not even half the capacity. Other than that everything was perfect. Bravo

AWFUL! I honestly have no idea how this hotel can claim it is 5-star. Came to Bali on our honeymoon and decided to book this resort as a treat (we rarely stay in 5-star accommodation). Was so excited to have a premium experience and relax but we were met with the complete opposite. This resort has some SERIOUS work to do if they want to maintain their 5-star claims. * Rooms have no soundproofing. Kept awake or woken up every night. * Major construction on both sides of hotel which nobody warned us of * No where near enough staff around - especially the pool area. No towels at desk. Monkeys knocking over drinks and taking things. * A staff member called our room at 11.30pm waking us up. * Rooms in bad shape. Tatty over-used robes. Broken light fixtures. * breakfast buffet is average. Cold food. This is just touching the surface. Avoid this place at all costs.
