Room was clean and comfortable, downside was there’s no coffee maker. The office was clean and the breakfast area was small with only 3 small tables, but there’s only waffles and cereal so not much to choose from. I would stay there again

The room was very dusty and the floor was dirty. There were no face towels or a coffee maker as shown in the property pictures. The towels are a polyester blend and stink. The bedding is extremely soft feather bed experience that doesn't allow movement. Upon checking into room 101, the customer behind me in line was checked into the room directly upstairs from mine while the motel appeared mostly empty. That made unloading vehicles terribly awkward. They have mutliple speed bumps that are hard to cross while guests rush in and out of the parking lot around eachother with a vehicle blocking check in all night. This motel is purposefully inhospitable. I have insomnia and was disturbed by the upstairs guest checked in directly above and vice versa all night long. I didn't sleep at all which disturbed them. Why are the guests crammed through a speed bump maze and stacked on top of eachother? Why are there no face towels? Why is the room not properly cleaned or stocked with towels and coffee? Zero stars!

My toilet had several small hairs on it. My towels did not smell very fresh. But my bed was clean and comfortable and my pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet & I slept well. So no other complaints

Lg group of pre-teens screaming and running around from 8-11:30pm & again from6:30-9:00am. Everybody not associated with that group should’ve been in another part of the hotel, not all clustered together.!! definitely the fault of the chaperones, but the hotel did nothing about it. Also the refrigerator in the room was extremely NOISY and had to unplug in the middle of the night cause I couldn’t take it anymore
