Staff are very friendly like Reception K. Piera and Bow. Cafe staff Leo, Peter and Home. They are the Stars of the hotel who enhance the image and value of this property. Look forward to see more enhancements made by new F&B Director Toby on variety snd quality of foods in breakfast buffet and the new Salad station. Dark sunglasses shouldn’t be wearing by Banquet staff who comes to help in breakfast buffet. He can just “see “ and “no see,” just standing there with no eyes contact with customers and shouting to the staff in the noodles and egg stations in front of guests. Disturbing! Suggests add more hotel trainees who are trained by the cafe to serve the gussets with hearts with senses of belonging. Banqueting staff handling function by function, lack of heart to serve or to provide added value services to hotel guests like Leo, Peter, Home and other cafe staff, collecting empty dishes, refill coffees or drinks to guests when they have time. Regular guests should’t be down graded to lower grade of rooms because of regular touch up of rooms as there is no added value and room size is the same with hot water problems (now fixed by Piera) , pvc writing mat on the desk are chipped, on the contrary pencil are provided in room , people are using note book now. The interior designer should be fired. In the new hotel , interior is even must better and serve to the guests’ needs . The damaged drainage ditch covers near the cafe tables with umbrellas should be replaced asap
