My first time to have stayed at this unbelievably bad condition of hotel and provided services. - Wi-fi did not work properly for 2 whole days during my stay. - Incredibly old bed mattress, spring sound there when sit/lie down. - Mold everywhere like bathtub, wash area, wall etc. at toilet. - Wall mounted power-outlet came out. - Did not refurnish towels and water after housekeeping service while they did not forget to take tips by me on the bed.

disappointing

upgraded room to bungalow, room very dated but functional. although the whole buildings foundation had sunk towards the back so the floor is sloping. the squirrels in the tree's outside of bungalow were fun to feed, they love peanuts! breakfast wasn't that good, especially when serving hot food in an unair-conditioned area with minimal air flow and fans that really did nothing. my first night there, I had the buffet dinner on 53rd foor of tower. the food was ok and great views of the area. but paying for my entry ticket the cashier stole some of my change money. definitely not a general mistake, she knew what she was doing. so before you move away check your change when paying with cash. this put a bad feeling about this place from the start. some of the staff very professional especially a gentleman in the lobby but others no so much. finally the free wifi, constantly getting disconnected. very frustrating having to re-enter details to reconnect every couple minutes and very slow. I would not stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it..

Frühstück ist ein Hochsicherheitstrakt mit Metalldetektor und X Ray, es wird alles geröntgt bei eine ca. 6 Jahre alten Mädchen wurde ein Croissant in ihrer Babytasche gefunden, man wollte 2000 Bath/Eur 55 Strafe, das Mädchen weinte bitterlich. Es ist ein Kasten aus den 1960 dementsprechend abgenutzt, die Zimmer der Blick und die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ein Desaster Ausnahme Zimmermädchen Top sauber und schnell. Wasserpark darf nicht benutzt werden, obwohl Teil des Hotelareal außer gegen normale Bezahlung ca. Eur 12. Privatstrand wie von Hotels angeführt gibt es nicht öffentlicher Strand über Areal ca. 300m von Rezeption direkt erreichbar.

Es ist eine Russenabspeise, beim Gang zum und vom Frühstück wird man mit Metalldetektor und x ray durchlruchtet, wo bei einen Kind vor mir ein Croissant entdeckt wurde es wurde mit 4 stelluger bath zweistelluger usd/eur Strafe gedroht. Haben Sie das schon irgendwo auf der Welt erlebt. Das Kind weinte bitterlich. Kein Erbarmen!!!! Der Strad ist öffentlich, also extra zu zahlen und 300m weg, auf der Homepage stand Privatstrand, dass kann ich nicht bestätigen. Alles im allem ein Hotel aus den 1960/1970 was seither mit Ausnahme Flachbild TV nicht modernisiert wurde, so zwicken die Aufzugstüren alle Gäste ein, da kein Lichtschranke vorhanden in der EU keine Chance wegen TÜV. Das beste ist die Lage und der Ausblick. als Nicht Russe ist das Hotel jedefalls zu meiden. Positiv ist das schnelle und saubere housekeeping!!!

施設全体的に暗い。いろんなサービスがあるホテルだが施設案内がなく、何階に何があるかわからない。 繁忙期じゃないからか、フロントなどに対応がなげやりなスタッフがいた。 ビュッフェも品数が少ない。 部屋は清潔だったし、眺望は良かったのでもったいないと思います。

Ucharmerende hotel, men skønt værelse med perfekt udsigt. Stort værelse med både stole inde og liggestole på terrassen (der dog ikke er gode at sidde i). Rengøring hver dag med rene håndklæder, sæbe og drikkevand. Måtte dog gerne have fejet gulvet bedre. Vi var her 8 nætter. Morgenmad er ok, men ikke den store variation, men man kan sagtens blive mæt. God plads i morgenmadslokalet. Kommer gerne igen.

Not the best choice

The breakfast was terrible. The staff was rude. Only the man in front of the elevator was very kind. The pool is small. The room is big and the bed is conformable.

Disappointing

There were lots of staff “working”, but pointless!!! I only stayed 2 nights, they didn’t clean our room, when I came to complain and ask for fresh towels they were surprised and ask “don’t you have towels” I said I’d like fresh ones and toiletries and water. They fixed everything - they came and cleaned right away. The tub was leaking.. water gone everywhere on the floor. Then internet was broken, so no WiFi. Also some lights had burnt out bulbs.

1st of all the hotel takes a cut from the taxi service that Spring them to you. And when you leave. Water is charged double from nearby store. The electricity in the Room ruined my newer razor. The overall place looks good and the setting is beautiful, but this place is a cash cow. I realize my Room was only $57 but hair on the floor mold in the bathroom and bugs don't make it worth it. The food was not good either so what good is a free breakfast. I do appreciate the attempt to even have some American food, but it was poor at best. It is a good thing I came alone. It was hilarious that they have to check your room before you check out. No hotel has ever done that before. They have a nice pool but they charge and have very limited hours only 9-6. The TV had limited channels. The sad thing is this place could be very good but several details are not being met. No more Pattaya for me.

Старенький номерной фонд, немного запущенная территория, большое количество китайских туристов. Но эти недостатки окупаются отличной локацией. Идеален для первого путешествия с ограниченным бюджетом: рядом ночной рынок с огромным количеством недорогих кафе, массажные салоны, обменники. Недалеко тук-туки.

The rooms are spacious, but it will be good idea to do seme refreshment in tere. We had only one power socket in the room. Air conditioner worked well. The mattress was not too comfort, but not that bad to ask to change the room. The bed sheets are not been changed daily, while the room was cleaned. You will need to request it explicitly. The breakfast was actually ok, but u will not have enough vegan options. The hotel will be great for russian speaking guests- about the half of the guests was talking russian. the hotel have big territory with big garden. it was cool to find squirrels there. wifi was garbage! had to but local sim-card with unlimited bandwidth 4Mb for 450 thb (1-2-call)

No le gustó: Limpieza, servicio y personal, condiciones de la propiedad
К сожалению сервис отеля ухудшается (был здесь в 2007), подтвердились отзывы путешественников, которые я читал в интернете по поводу того, что пропадает посуда из номера, а потом за нее просят заплатить, у нас в день выезда пропало блюдце, которое было, но во время проверки номера персоналом отеля "испарилось". Из плюсов расположение отеля и большой номер, минусы: низкое качество завтраков, уборка в номере (3 раза забрали простыни и забыли принести, потом долго просили их, к сожалению персонал не может по-английски понять, что от него хотят, так же по-русски), долгое заселение, WiFi работает плохо, аквапарк стал платным. Вывод- хорошее расположение при очень низком уровне сервиса.

Hotel med mange russere

Mit ophold var ok. Meget af servicen er beregnet til russiske gæster. Og de fleste skilte var på russisk. Hele området omkring hotellet var også præget af russsere. Det er et stort hotel med kun 2 elevatorer, så der var kamp om at komme med elevatorerne. Generelt var der tegn på at hotellet var noget brugt. Det har set bedre dage. På området var der mange faciliteter vandland, højeste tårn, svævebane M.m. Tæt på stranden, men ellers afsides beliggendhed. Du har godt nok en gade med barer, restauranter og købmand 500 meter derfra.

Strandhotel

Das Hotel ist gut am strand gelegen und auch nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und restaurants. Das Hotel ist überwiegend auf russische gäste ausgerichtet.Man wird von jedem auf russisch angesprochen,das nervt auf die dauer. Vom personal wird man überhaupt nicht beachtet.Der Zimmerservice war tadellos,es wurde täglich gründlich sauber gemacht und handtüscher gewechselt. Das Frühstücks Buffet war eintönig und auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet und unbeschriftet.Der Strand ist aus feinem Sand und überwiegend sauber.Mit den vor dem Hotel stehenden Taxi und tuk tuk‘s kam man günstig auch Pattaya City erreichen. Geamtfazit: Gutes saubereres und günstiges Hotel mit nervigen Gästen und gelangweilten Personal.
