Hotel is very nice. Doesnt have a beach though. You have to walk about 20m to get to a very small beach. Breakfast was just ok. Room had a fantastic view and was super spacious. My only complain is that i found 2 cockroaches 2 days in a row in my room (which was pretty high up). For the price per night, i would have never expected to encounter thism staff was super apologetic and addressed the issue immediately. One time, i could have turned a blind eye... but twice... It's truly a shame as these mistakes for that price range over the holidays should not happen.

The hotel was lovely and clean ,i hated the fact that ,there was no wifi for 1/2 of my stay !! the prices you see on the menu is not the actual price !! they add 10% service charge then 7% vat tax !! when staying in a so called 5 star resort there should be no service charges to room service!! and the price on the menu should actually be the price !! when the computer system went down ,staff demanded cash !! no !! write it down and save the paperwork!! and on two occasions the staff tried to at 20% to the bill for there personal selves 😡 it was lucky that i looked at the room service charges and i had to waste 1 hrs going tho the bill !! i want happy at all

The pool was under construction and so many thing not looks up to date. I requested for the Pattaya view side but the they gave me different directions (it was Tuesday ) . In the end I got Pattaya vie ( thank you for that) Spa stuffs and service is the best!!!
