We stayed here for 1 week and in that time the electrical power was off 4 times. We were on the top floor (8th) and had to walk up and down the stairs. When we arrived at Building C there was no person there to check us in. There was no information in the apartment for contacts in case of emergencies. We were so glad to leave, never to return.

great value

I loved the room and the condo. I didn't use the pool , but it looked ok. My room was very quiet and a nice peaceful outlook onto some trees. The air con was good and nice and quiet. There was a washing machine and kettle. Wifi was good. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. Absolute bargain for the price I paid .

Nice helpful welcome. Quick response to a problem. Nice room layout but taps n slide door handles, need upgrading + bed sofa as this should not be bottom budget room facilities? Great pool.

I guess I shouldn`t complain to much because it was cheap. The pool area was without sun because of high buildings. No sun beads or at least very few. A lot of regulations that made it impossible to spend quality time in the pool area. As I wrote before, you get what you pay for! BR Stefan

The only great thing about this condo is waterpark

Bad draining system, it flooded the whole shower room. Also hot water is not working either. Throughout the day there is always echo noises from hallway, just by people walking or chatting.

Amazing Swimming pool with slides for the children

Nice new condo complex with an outstanding swimming pool, with jacuzzis and a children's play area.The room was perfect for our needs with TV and aircon in both living areas. No maid service so you wash your own towls and bed linen with the supplied washing machine. Had a problem with the WIFI, but was resolved quickly. Overall a very nice experience and I will be booking again as my daughter had a fantastic time

Part hotel / part amusement park

Fantastic if you are bringing the kids, not so great if you are looking for a romantic week-end for two. Check-in queues can be huge, Rooms are nice, bathroom was separated buy a curtain which seemed odd. The restaurants however are outstanding, every meal there was 10 out of 10. The water park is great for kids, all of whom seemed to be having a great time. Tip for breakfast, make sure you get a table not directly under a wooded beam, then sit back and watch the pigeons drop their business on poor diners, quite amusing !

swimming pool being huge

I am a water sport trainer. It was one of the best hotels I've ever visited because of the swimming pool being huge. I recommend everybody to visit this hotel to see at least the design and interior. My experience started with an early check in and I was warmly surprised that I wasn't charged additionally. Then I slept 3 hours after my journey and went to have a look on a territory of the hotel. It was my pleasure to find out that I don't want to go somewhere outside the hotel as it has everything. I liked a swimming pool that was shocking big and convenient.
