I booked a Sea view room, which view was ok. It was a side view so not like you looking out to ocean very well. King bed was so hard I could’ve slept in the floor for the same experience. The bigger issue is I woke up on my first morning to hundreds of ants in the room. I had some snack in the shelf as I unpacked from my flight. House cleaning came with readily available ant spray and killed them all and spayed all around the room. As if the rock hard bed wasn’t bad enough I would not deal with ants. I requested to check out and receive a refund for my second night. The property refused to give me a refund for the second night. I still checked out and moved to another very nice hotel in the area. If they would simply have refunded me for the next night I would not even be writing this review, but here we are and according to Expedia they are not able to get a hold of the property to advocate for me on top of me taking with the lady in the office which refused to refund. Stay at own risk. I’m hoping this review will allow me To upload my video of the ants in the room.

The Epicenter of the Party in Pattaya

If you’re traveling alone or with buddies, look now further. This is the epicenter of Pattaya - right at the entrance to Walking Street. Some rooms have an ocean view, but choose that option before booking, as it’ll be more at the front desk. No restaurant, but the Beer Garden is right beneath your room.

Hotel is really like old time motel without a parking lot rooms need updating although my room overlooked the ocean and it was a fabulous view of Pattaya beach city etc thats where it stopped bed is super hard like sleeping on concrete floor television didnt work no picture they did fix it however reception lousy i asked is it fixed yes yes did you replace batteries in remote yes yes nothing worked its no no do had to walk back to reception to get batteries no phones in room staff are super nice however motel/hotel ???
